General Info:

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem shared garage parking. (narrow garage so 4 small vehicles in garage or 2 large vehicles will fit at one time between both units. Another vehicle may fit behind the garage as well. Tenant agrees to accommodate the needs of the other unit, if occupied or needed)

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, laundry detergent, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Family friendly house, perfect location ! Only issue was ants and when I emailed them they had someone come out next morning with ant bait that helped some. Otherwise would be 5 stars

Loved the Beach Access

We traveled from out-of-state and rented this property so we could spend time visiting with our daughter, son-in-law, and young grandchildren. Having the beach right at the patio door is the big draw for this condo. The kitchen is nicely furnished with updated appliances, including a double oven. We were a bit disappointed with the master bedroom. The bathroom is very small with moldy grout in the shower and the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice to have clean, working fans to help cool off the bedrooms at night. Parking was a hassle, but the upstairs tenants were helpful as we all played musical cars throughout the week to find spaces for our cars. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much, but in the future we will probably search for a quieter place away from the college party crowds.

Some Notes

A nice place. Nothing fancy, but has all the essentials and everything was clean (e.g., kitchen well stocked with basic essentials - though, griddle would be a good addition (who doesn't like pancakes on vacation?); nice to have washer and dryer, parking space was useful). Location is outstanding. As noted in other reviews, the price of admission here is for the location and direct beach access. I used the patio as much as I could every day. Can't beat the front row seats to great sunsets and wave watching.

My only nits about the place were dealing with ants in a few rooms, the intermittently working TVs, and the inconvenient outside trash. We kept the ants under control and they didn't impact our vacation; it's just not something you expect to deal with on vacation. The TVs were odd (didn't work consistently); but admittedly, we weren't there to watch a lot of TV. As for the trash, the cans are not easily accessible (or were full), so the nearby public receptacle on the beach was more useful.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was very good. The price was also fair in comparison to others with the same amenities. I would probably go back, or recommend, if I could convince myself the price for this off-season Newport Beach experience is somehow better than, say, a similarly priced week in Hawaii. I doubt I would attempt an "on-season" trip.

Final note, the property manager was easy to deal with, professional, and quick to respond with answers to any questions/issues.

Early summer

The views from the property are amazing my family and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 8 days the place is really nice and well stocked. The place has enough rooms for a good size family Met a few of the neighbors very nice . The parking is a little difficult and the garage is tight. But over all great experience . I will be returning in the future staff was very help ful.

We stayed in the lower rental and thoroughly enjoyed the patio! The location was perfect because we could ride our bikes to the store or to the boardwalk, but we were not too close to the boardwalk traffic. We would definitely stay again!
