This East Beach villa has been totally renovated and just steps from the bridge that crosses over to Maritime and then directly to the beach. It has one king and two twin beds. A screened porch, hardwood floors, 2 TVs, and wireless internet add to this villa's comfort. It is 375 yards from the beach.

The unit kitchen was in need of an update since the cabinets have been there since the unit was built. Not enough cups & glasses. The coffeemaker needs replaced(broken & stained)Washer & dryer were old. Spiders in unit, request for exterminator & they did not show up.

The villa if perfect for a family of 4. Very clean, updated baths. The villa is close the Town Center which serves quick foods and ice cream. The closest boardwalk was closed so be prepared for a walk (8-10 mins.)if you have lots of beach stuff. Recommend getting bikes to ride the beautiful, tree covered paths. A plus, the rental company sent us a message that our villa was ready early so we could check-in. That's always good news on arrival day!

Updated 2 BR 2 bath Villa within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Spotless upon arrival. Enjoyed the screened in porch and the view of the pond, the resident alligators and Osprey. Beautiful hardwood floors.
