This charming waterfront town house has a delightful view of Rodney Bay Marina and the boats. It has a well furnished and spacious 'L' shaped lounge and dining area with ceiling fans, cable TV, Hi-Fi and bar unit. There is a downstairs cloakroom, a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A terrace leads from the sitting room and provides al fresco dining or sunbathing. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with queen size bed and en suite shower room, a large twin-bedded room with separate shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and face the marina. They have ample wardrobe and cupboard space. Number Four is in a block of five town houses in a small development of 12 houses. There is an attractive communal swimming pool and whirlpool just yards from the door.
Rodney Quay is situated within two minutes walk of one of the best bathing beaches and just a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants & shops

Even better than we hoped for
We spent some time researching accommodation for our two week stay and decided that this house met our every need and looked good value. We were not disappointed, in fact it was even better than the description and photos had led us to believe. It is an extremely comfortable English home in the Caribbean, with everything you could wish for. The view through the lounge windows on to the terrace and across the water of the marina is constantly magical, day or night. The house is kept spotlessly clean and tidy by a wonderful lady called Linda, who also did our washing and ironing. But beyond that she is a gold mine of local knowledge and experience, and she made our stay so extra special.
Victoria arranged everything in advance and greeted us on arrival. She is available to arrange anything extra during one’s stay. Very efficient and helpful. The house is perfectly placed to give peace and security, yet is only a few minutes’ walk from a fabulous beach, lots of good restaurants and superbly stocked supermarkets and other shops in the centre of Rodney Bay. The restaurants we enjoyed in order of preference were:- Jacques, Razmattaz, Spinaker, Buzz and Blue Olive. If you want a served breakfast, the Cockpit next door is open 7-11am and very good.
Linda showed us how to use the local buses which are dramatically cheaper than taxis and very frequent. We had very enjoyable visits to Gros Islet and the Landings, St Lucia Golf Course and the Cap Estate and a water taxi from Reduit Beach to Pigeon Island which has dramatic views if you can manage the 45 min climb to the top.
We would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone and are already planning our return next spring.
Stunningly situated and well appointed property!
This looked great in the pictures but was in fact even better in real life. Quiet and well situated for either the beach or the shops and restaurants. Wonderful to sit outside on the jetty in the evenings and listen to the tree frogs or on the shaded secluded patio for meals. Linda the maid came in every day, cleaned, washed and generally made the place perfect - always happy to share information on where to go and how to get there. Victoria at Dragonfly couldn't have been more helpful, even providing us with a mobiles to keep in touch with our daughter at another resort.
We went on the Endless Summer catamaran trip down to Soufriere and can thoroughly recommend this. Spinnakers Bar on the beach is a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying happy hour. Also liked the Tapas restaurant next to the Steak place opposite Rodney Bay Mall.
I would thoroughly recommend 4 Rodney Bay if you want a central but quiet place to stay.
perfect location
In June my wife and I with our two children stayed at No 4 Rodney Quay. The villa is in an ideal location close to both the shops and the beach. Linda, our maid was wonderful, kept the villa both clean, tidy and did our washing. The air conditioned bedrooms allowed us to sleep soundly at night. The villas location in Rodney Bay on the marina meant you could walk to numerous restaurants in a matter of minutes. Victoria, the agent, was on hand to help with any queries we had and she helped organise a game of golf for us on the course on Cap Estate.

AMAZING.
My husband and I went there on our honeymoon and we loved staying at Rodney Quay! The location was wonderful! It was right next to town and the beach. We loved having 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen! It was so great! Victoria was SO helpful! She booked most of our tours for us, offered to book taxis for us! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon! We would definitely book it again!!

A group of 4 friends stayed at #4 Rodney Quay for a week and had an amazing experience. We were able to visit many places on the island, and we felt that Rodney Bay was the best place to stay while you are in St Lucia. Before we went to St Lucia, we did a lot of research on where to stay on the island, and we are very glad that we made the decision to stay where we did. If we went back to St Lucia again, we would definitely stay here again. Victoria, the lady who rents out the condo, was very speedy with her communication, she was there to welcome us when we showed up, was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while we stayed at the condo, and was willing to do anything to make our stay memorable. It was nice to have the beautiful and relaxing beach across the street and only a couple minute walk away. It was also so nice and convenient to be within a short walking distance to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We never had to rent a car while we were there. As for restaurants we recommend: The Spice of India (Indian Food) and Kudeta (Thai Food).We also recommend the Mini Bakery which sells mini donuts. The condo was very clean, safe, relaxing, nicely decorated, well kept, and in a quiet location. It's always a gamble with using rental sites like this because you never know what you're going to get until you arrive and see the location. This place didn't disappoint at all, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience.
No 4 Rodney Quay
Our party of 4 adults had a really enjoyable two weeks at this lovely villa. Located in a secure and peaceful location, right by the marina water front, with a lovely patio surrounded by exotic plants.
The two main bedrooms are fully air conditioned so no problem sleeping at night with the high outside temperatures (25C plus some nights).
Victoria (from Dragonfly) was very prompt and professional at sorting out any problems and provided help with airport transfers, car hire and local information.
Linda, our daily maid with some 14 years service, was very discreet and kept the place spotlessly clean.
Thoroughly recommended.
