Standalone 2-BR House with Shared Pool, 100 ft walk to the beach
About Renee Rybarczyk
We do everything we can to make Casa Ladera a beautiful, comfortable home away from home, and we know you'll love it. We live in Vieques for part of the year, and are very close by in case any need arises. When we're not there, our good friend and property manager is always on call. Come on down and stay with us, and see why Casa Ladera has been one of the most well-loved places to stay in Vieques for almost ten years!

Why Renee Rybarczyk chose Florida
Vieques is a special, magical place, with the most beautiful beaches I've seen in all my world travels. It's a tiny island that feels about a million miles from San Juan, and really needs to be experienced to be believed. The perfect palm-fringed white sand beaches, the wild horses roaming around every corner, and the lovely, laid-back island atmosphere, plus some excellent restaurants and fun little beach bars... what's not to love!
What makes this House unique
Casa Ladera boasts a huge beautiful pool, and is just 100 feet (one minute walk) to a secluded beach where you can swim, snorkel, and collect sea glass. The property is bursting with fruit trees, including mangos, bananas, limes, papaya and canepas. Or if you prefer to buy your own fruit, we're just a one-minute drive to the island's largest supermarket! We offer free wireless high-speed internet, A/C in every room, satellite TV with all premium channels, full kitchens including dishwasher and microwave, and more. For beach time, we provide beach chairs, towels and coolers. Pretty much everything you could need for a perfect vacation!

Great location, huge pool, comfortable and clean house with everything you need for a beach trip. Marc was a wonderful, generous host! We would highly recommend the Casita and would love to return! Thank you!
Mufungo at Bojitos
Bio Bay tour from Vieques Eco Tours, the clear bottom kayak is amazing!
The Playa Negro
The Navio Beach
The horses, chickens, iguanas and dogs were natural entertainment
Marc has a wealth of resources and was so generous sharing his experiences on this wonderful island.
Maritza's Car Rental was great!
Ferry was reliable and cheap.
Wonderfully, relaxing experience!
Cute little Casita set off to the side of the main house. Perfect for a family of 4. Big bedrooms, enough space to roam in the living room/dining/kitchen. Great access to the pool and yard. Lots of space to roam. Marc, the manager, is great. Gives a lot of information and helps out when rental car company doesn’t pick you up from the ferry terminal. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Sea glass beach, gas and grocery store. We had a great experience staying at this property.
My husband and I stayed in the smaller blue apartment and we found it very comfortable and pretty quiet. The unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The pool is shared but that wasn't a problem. It is refreshing after snorkeling at the beaches. We really enjoyed sitting up on the roof in the evening with a cold beverage and looking at the bright stars. Renee was very helpful! She greets you at the airport or car rental and shows you the way to the apartment. She goes over all the stuff you need to know and, gives you good restaurant tips. Would love to stay here again someday!
We stayed in La Casita and it was the perfect size. The air conditioners were super powerful (almost too powerful) and the pool was perfect. Not much more to say, just a great place.
Fantastic family vacation
Couldn't have loved this property more. Centrally located, great amenities and the beaches in Vieques just can't be beat!
This was just perfect! ❤️
Vieques island is only eight miles off the coast of mainland Puerto Rico, but in many ways it feels a world away. It's a beautiful, lush island with an endless selection of secluded and often empty beaches, each with soft white sand and warm turquoise water. Vieques offers charming cafes, restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets, and a number of fine dining options as well. The main town in Vieques, Isabel Segunda, is colorful and bustling, and the smaller town on the south side, Esperanza, boasts a lively strip of cafes and bars. There are also a few grocery stores where you'll find food and supplies to cook meals in your own kitchen.
In addition to lounging on a beach, you can enjoy incredible snorkeling and diving, kayaking and sailing, fishing, cycling, yoga, massage, and of course the famous bio luminescent bay where you'll witness the beauty and magic of a lagoon glowing in the darkness.
Casa Ladera is located about halfway between the Vieques airport (VQS) and the main town of Isabel Segunda where the ferry comes in. The island's largest supermarket, Supermercado Morales, is just up the street, a one-minute drive or five-minute walk from Casa Ladera.
We are just a short drive to the island's best restaurants, shops and bars. It's a one-minute walk to a lovely secluded beach, known as Sea Glass Beach (or Playa Cofi by the locals) and you're just a few minutes' drive from the famous Vieques beaches which are all on beautiful undeveloped and unspoiled land.
Casa Ladera has the perfect location - close enough to everything important, but quiet and secluded enough to feel like you're away from it all.
