Imagine sipping your morning cup of coffee while watching the beach and the sun awake around you... or enjoying a nightcap as the sun sinks slowly into the sea amidst a burst of color. The balcony - at 280 sq ft - is one of the largest you'll find on the beach, and it has been comfortably furnished to provide an additional living area for you and your family. Many times during the year you will see dolphins and rays and other marine life that come to visit. What a setting from which to enjoy all of these natural wonders.

Just minutes from Pier Park, you are in Tropic Winds, the newest development in Panama City Beach located on the prestigious and quiet West end. Professionally decorated, the condo is spacious and inviting, and has been designed with your vacation needs in mind. There is ample, comfortable seating In the living room with a 42' flat screen TV and DVD player. In the stylish dining room you'll find plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen features upgraded stainless appliances and is fully stocked to meet all of your cooking needs. For your convenience there is a brand new HE washer and dryer, as well.

Each bedroom has its own private bath, and both bedrooms sport a king size bed with extra comfortable mattresses. In addition, each room has its own flat screen TV and DVD player. The Gulf-side master bedroom opens up onto the balcony for easy access and quiet moments. A queen size sleeper sofa provides not only stylish seating in the living room, but additional sleeping accommodations as well.

Tropic Winds offers its own 330 feet of pristine sugary white beach. We, the owners, are also offering you a FREE beach service... 2 chairs and an umbrella that are set up for you each morning on the beach. The development also has a Gulf side hot tub and patio, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and fitness facility.

A great feature of Tropic Winds and one appreciated at the end of a long, fun, busy, tiring day is the assigned parking in the building's garage. You will always have a place to park, convenient to the elevators, no matter what time you return.

So where should you go for your long, fun, busy, tiring day? You have many options!

Pier Park... and now Pier Park II....with their open air layout and endless shopping and restaurant opportunities will keep you entertained for a long time. It is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. Restaurants like Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, Texas Roadhouse, Dave and Busters and many more are sure to please everyone's tastes. The complex features walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, and specialized events, like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival. What makes this condo unique

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location... on the east END of the building. We can see BOTH the sunrise and the sunset, and both will take your breath away! It is how we start every day and how we end each one, basking in this spectacular ritual of Mother Nature.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

This was our second vacation in this beautiful condo, Unit #1401. It is a corner condo so the view of the sunrises, sunsets, and beach, from the balcony, were breathtaking! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella definitely provided a wonderful beach experience. The condo was completely furnished, beautifully decorated, and the king beds were very comfortable! The owner, Carol, was most accommodating and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a great place to stay in PCB, this is the place!!!

A most outstanding vacation property

My wife, teenage granddaughter, and her friend just checked out of this wonderful property. Prior to check in we received a personal greeting from the owner with her contact information and all codes for door, wifi, things to do in the area, parking information, and check out procedures. Everything we were told and everything in the pictures on the Home Away website were 100% accurate. The patio is the best!! The beds were very comfortable. The showers had outstanding water pressure and were great. All appliances worked great. Loved the parking spot, could keep all beach gear in the car and never had to carry it up or down. Can't wait to go back and stay in this property!!

Perfect Ocean View and Condo!

Wonderful quite end condo unit with a beautiful view and very large balcony. Both beds are very comfortable. Furnished with everything you need to get started. Clean and well maintained. Beautifully decorated. My second stay here and will stay again, if available.

Another GREAT vacation!!

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and we loved it! Condo is clean and decorated beautifully! We woke up every morning and watched the marine life, its truly amazing! Carol is awesome as well, she makes everything easy and always there to help! We definitely recommend this condo!

Best location for beach acces

When we arrived at the room it had not been cleaned. It was finished by 5 30. They did forget the coffee pot and we didn't notice until the day before checkout since we are not coffee drinkers. The space was nice and comfortable beds. Water pressure was awesome in bathrooms. Wifi was almost on existent. I think they were going to upgrade though. A crockpot would have been nice to have. Lots of good restaurants very close. The beach chairs were great. Make sure you reserve yours upon arrival. Very few steps to beach. Grocery store close by.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate feedback and recommendations from our guests. Based on previous comments we have, in fact, totally replaced our wifi service and it is now super fast! While it is our goal every time a guest arrives to have their condo sparkling clean and ready on time, every now and then we get thrown off schedule. Just a little reminder to our east coast guests... we are on Central Time... but, even finishing 30 minutes late on the busiest week of the year is NOT acceptable. Based on lessons learned, a new procedure is now in place that will speed up some of the tasks and help streamline the work. We appreciate our guests and are always looking for ways to make our condo a great vacation getaway.

We loved the condo itself. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all your needs.

The complex was a different story. When we arrived in our truck, it was extremely impossible to get into the assigned parking space. There was no room to maneuver in order to get into the space except when cars directly across were gone. It took us 1 1/2 hours just to get a cart, and once I followed someone to get their cart, I couldn't get downstairs as the elevators were always full when the doors opened. It took us over two hours just to get our things up to the condo. Upon arrival, the dishwasher had not been unloaded and towels and wash cloths were still in the dryer. Not a biggie, but thought this was part of the cleaning service's job. In addition, that night when my daughter and son-in-law went to go to bed, there was no fitted sheet on the guest bed. Thankfully I had brought a flat sheet for the beach and used it until one was provided the next afternoon. Although the tropical storm Cindy was no fault of the owners, a leak from the guest bathroom from the exhaust vent flooded the bathroom floor the third day. Maintenance could not explain the reason for the leak other than the storm. Nothing was done other than to remove the vent until it quit leaking and then put it back in.

Owner's Response: We always try hard to provide a best vacation home we can for our guests, and appreciate feedback that can help us do better. During the summer it is, unfortunately, very hectic late on Saturday as that is when most of our guests are arriving. We appreciate that aggravation and do have security personnel, as well as volunteer HOA staff and residents who try to assist everyone as best we can. Our cleaning staff takes pride in their work, but mistakes can still happen. My cleaning manager stays on site after check in to meet guests where possible and make sure everything is in good order. We want it to be right, and will take whatever action is necessary to correct deficiencies. We ask our guests to please let us know if something is amiss and allow us the chance to make it right. Last spring the development had major stucco work done on the east side of the building where this condo is located. Unfortunately, it took something like a tropical storm to identify where there was an issue. The contractor is the one responsible for those repairs. In the short term we could only react to the problem, and stop the water in whatever way was necessary. We are proud of our development and are constantly doing maintenance to battle the effects of salt air. It's a constant project. I must add a "thank you" to this guest for keeping the water cleaned up and off the new flooring. That was so very much appreciated. Thank you! And, thank you for being our guests.
