About Sandeep Nanda

I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Austin. I moved here from Las Vegas where I was most recently the Vice President of National Marketing at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Prior to that I spend several years working for casino/hotel companies so I understand what people are looking for when they make a lodging choice.

I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

I have been married since December 2003 and I have a son who was born in 2005.

5 Stars! ***** This condo was in a great spot, walking distance from anywhere you want to go in Austin. It sleeps several people so it was perfect for a group of nine here for a bachelorette party. It would have been great to have one additional toilet, the half bath upstairs was actually a shower without a toilet and a little awkward. We had so much fun on this trip and would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was EXACTLY as described. Our board of directors for Five Doors Real Estate stayed here for the Keller Williams Mega Agent Camp. The proximity to the convention center was perfect and the condo was large enough to stretch out and not feel cramped. It was ideal for a meeting and planning place for our company! Thanks so much!

Unique and Exciting Loft, Full of Beds.

This is one of the most unique floor plans I've ever seen. 3 bedrooms with queen beds are on the main floor, one large queen bedroom is up the spiral staircase, just off of the loft. The loft has 4 twin beds. There's room for the entire family +.

The large shower+sink in the loft bedroom is huge and open to the rest of the bedroom, but the bedroom door locks for privacy. Despite being eccentric, staying in this particular bedroom was quite enjoyable--minus the trek up to the third floor and the spiral staircase. But the privacy was worth it!

One thing to mention is one of the bedrooms isn't accessible except through the bathroom or an adjoining bedroom. It wasn't an issue for us, but it was an eccentricity worth mentioning.

The kitchen was great. The unit also has a washer and dryer, which worked flawlessly. There's a fun balcony with seating off the back of the unit with views toward Brazos & 2nd/3rd streets.

Sandeep was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend staying in any of his properties.

Nice place in a great location!

This is a nice place in a wonderful location downtown. It was clean when we arrived and had all the necessities for a cook in breakfast the next morning. The location is perfect for walking to any one of a number of restaurants or attractions downtown. There is plenty of space to hang out and relax after a night out. And with a number of beds, you can sleep a big group.

The condo was clean and in the perfect location.

It has a bachelor pad feel to it. If you are looking for upscale amenities this is not the place for you, but for a group of 10 guys who came in for a bachelor party it is the perfect place. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in the city.
