Beautiful and spacious!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at Doug's beautiful house. It was even larger than we anticipated and had everything we needed from linens to kitchen supplies. Doug was very sweet and helpful. Would stay here again!

House was great but couldn't contact owners for issue

  • 3 of 5

We had a bachelorette weekend of 10 girls staying for 2 nights. The house was great but for over $1,200 for the weekend hot water would have been nice. I called, texted and emailed the owner as we lost hot water after the first night and had to take freezing cold showers for the remaining 2 days. The owner did not call me back or respond to me until Sunday after we had already left the property. No money was offered to be returned and said they were having "phone issues" and didn't know it occurred even though multiplied avenues were used to try and contact them.

Owner's Response: I did receive a call on Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon that you were having issues with the hot water you indicated it worked fine on Friday,my wife got an email at 2:44 Saturday, she on her break at work tried to contact several contractors to go out since the water heater was probably broken we were unable to get anyone. The girls told us they would be leaving at 9:30 Sunday as they had to get back. The water heater has been replaced

Beautiful house. Home was fully equipped.

  • 4 of 5

Our group enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. The owner was very quick with their response time to questions and concerns. They were very accommodating with the departure time, a plus! I would of given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that we had to clean the sheets and towels ( if we slept on the bed or used their towels) before we leave.

Wonderful time, well appointed comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

Doug was helpful in showing us home, was able to have lovely time with friends and family for a wedding of our son, at Westbrook Elks lodge. The house was well stocked, everything worked easily, rooms were quiet, comfortable and private. The fourth bathroom is a half bath downstairs. Outside porch was delightful, with deer and fox viewed at dusk in the distance. Private setting was perfect for Sunday post wedding brunch and easy to serve with 2 ovens to bake in. Perfect weekend! Loved it!

Fantastic

  • 5 of 5

Great house, roomy, clean, well equipped. Listing description was accurate, and

the owner was very helpful and friendly. I would not only recommend this house, but would like to stay there again. We attended a wedding at Rocky Neck State Park, so the location could not have been better. We also went to a restaurant in Mystic recommended by the owner, great, and went to Foxwoods Casino. The property is centrally located right off 95 and near

stores and restaurants.

Fantastic house! Wonderful weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the property for a 15 year college reunion. We were 4 couples with 7 small children between us. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked for every occasion. Everyone had a wonderful time and kept remarking on how fantastic the house was. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
