Not Happy with Stay
Cabin had dirty carpet, gross bedding, broken blinds, non working fireplace (or at least no clear instructions on how to operate), non working remotes and an abundance of less than average furniture. Garage door also got stuck which unfortunately extended our stay until able to get fixed so we could leave.
I am so sorry to hear your vacation was less than pleasant! I will definitely be going over your concerns with our management team so this can be fixed for future guests. Thank you for sharing your experience and we look forward to hosting you again.
Unit is clean but not well equipped. Grand Mammoth Resorts management company is non responsive
NOT a ski in-ski out property, unless you drop off a cliff from the ski back trail. No trash bags or dish towels are provided and there is only a couch and one chair in living room, forcing guests to sit on the floor to watch tv. Grands Mammoth property management doesn't answer their phones and provides no service once they take your money. Never using them and never staying at this property again!
I am so sorry to hear your vacation was less than pleasant! I am not sure what happened when you called, but even if the phones are busy, we make a point to call every guest back to help them! We have many different properties that accommodate larger parties if you decide to give us another chance! Thank you for sharing your experience and we look forward to hosting you again.
Pros: Clean interiors, Office provided extra lenin upon request.
1) Instructions missing to exactly locate the property. The emergency contact personnel could not guide to the actual property. We have to suffer the chill night outside finding the correct building among many disjointed buildings. Atlast, The emergency number of the adjacent property were able to guide as better though they said they don't manage the property.
2) Heaters did not work on first night. But were promptly repaired next day after enduring one cold night
3) Appliances are not in good condition: Ex: The kitchen exhaust fan would never turn off.
Suggestion: Include building number/code, train the emergency contact personnel to guide through the property instead of simply saying we don't have property map.
I am sorry to hear you had a difficult time finding your unit. All of our emergency after hours personnel have access to the same map as what is provided in your arrival instructions that was emailed to you. It is pretty difficult to find the units in the snow lately since everything is buried! I will definitely talk with our quality control to get the appliances updated! Thank you for sharing your experience and we look forward to hosting you again!
