Nice cozy cabin
Cabin is cute, and very quiet atmosphere. It is close to the owners house with the porch facing their house, so not as much privacy as we initially thought, but John and Ginger are very friendly. We had a very nice conversation with John when he came over to introduce himself and we really enjoyed that he came by. They are respectful of your privacy. Location is great, and they have the cabin stocked nicely. Very nice sheets and plenty of towels! Having TV was a nice surprise as well. We would stay here again!
The cabin is very cute and very close to the park yet private! Can't wait to go again.
perfect cozy spot
We loved the woodsy, secluded feel of the property, and yet we were close to Glacier, groceries and the most amazing scenery!! We will need to come back when the west side of Going to the Sun Road is open.
Clean, comfortable cabin near west Glacier!
This was an easy to find 2 room cabin near West Glacier. Cabin faces owner's porch and so, doesn't feel particularly secluded or private if that's what you're looking for. I didn't really care and never saw them anyway so it worked fine for me.
Cabin was clean and had plenty of kitchen amenities, condiments, coffee, snacks. What I used was clean and in good working order. Bring bathroom amenities like shampoo/conditioner. Ample clean towels and other linens provided.
Bed was very comfortable for relaxing and watching TV as well as sleeping. Many channels, including some movie stations. Maps and local brochures on top of fridge. Internet access instructions were in a drawer. I would have appreciated a note regarding check out instructions and owner/emergency contact information. Internet, when connected, worked fine but the connection was frequently lost if not on the porch or very near the cabin door. There are 4 wooden kitchen chairs if you don't want to relax in bed.
Evenings were calm and quiet. I did occasionally hear a nearby train but it was not intrusive.
I really liked this place. If I visit Glacier again when the West side is more open I'll definitely stay here. I loved that the kitchen equipment was clean and not ancient, rusty and unusable. I appreciated the condiment and coffee supply! The room is clean and maintained.
What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! It was nice and quiet and the cabin was fantastic. It was also close to amenities in case you forgot to bring something with you. Had about 5 deer in the yard one evening that were grazing. Great time!
The cabin is very pleasant in a lovely area.
Wish there had been information about restaurants. We did not find any that were good.
Nestled in evergreens, this cabin is 10 minutes from Glacier National Park. Rafting companies, water park, and amusement center are within minutes from the cabin.
