We put this place together with all the things we look for when we need to get work done or want to get away for a weekend in the city: Great neighborhood, walking distance to everything, insanely fast Internet.
A Restful Retreat: If it's R&R you're after, you'll appreciate the amazing custom kitchen, equipped by a Cordon-Blue trained chef, the comfy couch, and the big screen 'smart' TV with Netflix and Hulu.
If you insist on leaving the great indoors, try a drink on the roof deck at sunset to start with. If you get hungry, North Beach is just half a block. And if you insist on going into work, the financial district is a nice 10 minute walk. A pair of bikes is available in the garage for your use, but be sure to share them with the guests in the unit above.
It's Easy Being Green: We made it greener. Most lights are low power LEDs, the appliances are all energy-star rated, and the hot water heater is a high efficiency, continuous flow heater that combines energy efficiency with a literally unlimited capacity. The only limit on your time in the shower will be your conscience.
This apartment shares a washer/dryer and roof deck access with the unit above. We also have a single garage space that's shared between the two units, which you can reserve with prior notice and a small additional nightly fee. Please note that the garage will only fit compact cars and requires comfort with snug spaces and city driving.

About Property Manager
After many years of renting other people's places on vacation, we decided we'd like to do this ourselves. We're professionals (lawyer and business consultant) living in Silicon Valley with two kids. We love San Francisco, and we don't always have time to go there for the weekends, so we can share this place with our friends and family. We hope you have a great time at our place. Telegraph Hill and Northbeach are amazing neighborhoods, full of great food, in a great location for work for taking a vacation. We've hung out here many times on our weekends and when the opportunity came to buy a place here, we jumped on it.

Great place. Great Spot.
I just spent a month in the lower unit apartment while I was working in SF. What a great place. Smack dab in the middle of North Beach, so all kinds of dining options and MUNI lines. It is also a straight shot to downtown, I walked to work everyday (ok, I took muni a couple times and a Lyft once or twice).
It's tucked away on a quiet alley and while it is in the middle of the city all my nights were quiet and I slept great. Even with all the great food in the hood, I did cook myself a few meals. The kitchen is clean, sleek and made me feel a bit more at home being able to actually prepare dinner a few times. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs so I was able to do the occasional laundry as needed. As described, the bathroom is small, but everything works just great..good water pressure and hot water. I would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful apartment on Telegraph Hill. It was just as described and the owners left a welcoming bottle of bubbly and some coffee to get us started. We only had a few questions during our stay, but they always answered us as soon as possible. The washer and dryer was very much appreciated and there is a garage although we did not rent a car. Only two blocks from the heart of North Beach so it is a perfect location to walk everywhere. We walked to Union Square, Chinatown, Nob Hill Russian Hill, Ferry Building, City Hall, and Fishermans Wharf, but public transportation is nearby if you prefer. We made good use of the rooftop deck and it's great views of the Coit Tower and even the Golden Gate Bridge. If we ever get to go back, we will definitely book again.

O apartamento é pequeno mas muito bem estruturado com tudo de bom gosto e qualidade. Fomos recebidos com um espumante , chá , café e uma necesseire com amenidades A localização é maravilhosa, dar para ir caminhando até o centro, ao Pier 39 e vários outros locais interessantes. O bairro é seguro e tem restaurantes, bares e supermercados. O astral é maravillhoso. O proprietário e a mãe dele muito receptivos e atenciosos. Recomendo muito esse apartamento. Eu e meu marido passamos um pouco mais de um mês. O único incoveniente que tivemos foi na chegada que o código de acesso fornecido não funcionou, como chegamos pela manhã, tivemos que fazer uma ligaçõa internacional para o escritório e eles demoraram um pouco para resolver a mudança de um outro codigo e pagamos caro por essa ligação. A outra inquilina do apartamento superior chegou a noite e teve o mesmo problema. Como ja tinhamos passado pelo problema ajudamos no acesso. Porém foi tudo tão maravilhoso que isso não atrapalhou. Apenas sugerimos ao Paul que el encontre uma solução para esse incoveniente. outro problema é que nos ultimos dias a internet não funcionou e também não tivemos assistência.
Cozy apartment in a convenient location
This apartment is true to the description and photos posted by its owners. It is clean and cozy, with a thoughtful kitchen that comes in handy when you just want to stay in and make a home-cooked meal. Another nice feature was access to their washer and dryer in the basement. When we had any issues that needed to be addressed, Paul and his team were very attentive and prompt to respond. This apartment is a nice, more spacious alternative to your typical hotel stay and I would be happy to return during my next visit to San Francisco!
Nice and clean apartment in a calm area
The apartment was very well kept and clean. Well equipped (kitchen and the rest). Quiet area. We liked to be close to North Beach for restaurants and also quite close to Fisherman's Wharf. Our sons (11 and 13) used the sleeeper sofa and it worked out well. A bit narrow for four persons, but alright. Very good and personal service and information when booking and also during our stay. Appreciated the detailed manual about the apartment, the estate and surroundings. Recommend this apartment and hosts.
This property fully met our expectation.
The property was as described. Very clean, well-maintained, comfortable and ideally located on Telegraph Hill. My wife and I love to walk cities and we were able to access many of the sites on foot. Using Lyft was an excellent way to get to other areas not within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit San Francisco . Our only concern/problem was with the bathroom sink. It was very slow to drain. My wife will bring slipper-socks the next time as she found the floors to be cold on her feet. This was not a problem for me. We highly recommended this property to anyone considering a rental for their SF stay. On another note you can't beat the Hollywood Cafe for breakfast and if you enjoy shellfish, we recommend the Anchor Oyster Bar in the Castro district for dinner (the seafood pasta was unbelievable).
