About Lisa M Charest
Greetings! I grew up on Pass-a-Grille but I now live in downtown St. Petersburg where my daughter goes to school. I work full-time daily and have these rentals as my side passion. I compete in triathlons (swimming, running and bicycling) and have completed 5 Ironman races. We try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area such as the Dali museum, Ft De Soto- rated 1 beach in the world, bicycling on our 80 mile bike path, and windsurfing. Our next adventure is to learn to Stand-up-Paddle a popular activity in our area. I lived for awhile in NYC, CT (Fairfield county) and NY (Westchester County) during graduate school and for ten years I lived in the Northeast until I returned home to FL. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Why Lisa M Charest chose Saint Petersburg
I love this beach, & I love this house. I personally redid most of the place myself. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters school. The beach house is within driving distance to my home, its easy to get to from the airport and an easy day trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who live there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I look forward to moving back in a few years but for now I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass A Grille Beach. Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in you heart. Enjoy!
What makes this Townhome unique
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a -Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

Clean beach cottage with old Florida charm!
Cute cottage with all the amenities you need for a great beach break. The proximity to the beach in a safe walkable neighbourhood can’t be beat. We enjoyed our stay and the beach. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
Cozy and convenient
Great for a couple, comfortable bed and linens were soft and cozy. Super cute bathroom. Very short walk to the beach, bicycles were a great plus!
Return Guest: Great Place, Great Location
I loved Lisa's beach house. Everything was perfect. We were repeat customers so that tells you about how great of a place this is. Thanks Lisa!
This was perfect little place for two! Either a couple or friends. Lots of hidden storage if needed!
We loved this spot for our 4 night last minute trip! It's a small apartment with pretty tight quarters in the bathroom and kitchen but included everything you could possibly need! Think IKEA! We bought fish at the local market, twice, and enjoyed awesome late night meals at home! A block walk to the beach and anything you need (chairs, cooler, towels, bikes, rafts, etc.) provided. I would easily return and rebook this same space! Lisa was amazing and quick to answer all our questions! New biggest fan of Pass-A-Grille!!
Adorable place and relaxing stay!!
We had an amazing stay, 2 weekends in a row:). Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with and a superb host!!! Her place is so cute and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway right by the beautiful PAG beach. She spoiled us by having all the beach extras already available for your use: beach chairs, towels, bikes to ride in the neighborhood. We look forward to staying again!!!
