Morei cinco anos em Salvador, mas nunca imaginária que houvesse um Flat no Centro em condições de extrema qualidade e cuidado. Um lugar que parece sua Casa, seu Apartamento, você se sente em Casa. As Administradoras, Marcia e Marluze, são a recepção que você tanto aguarda, com muita educação e preparo, fecham rapidamente à documentação exigida e pronto...Não poderia deixar de agradeçer à maneira no trabalho dos funcionários, na portaria e limpeza. Seu Paulo, seu Carlos, Jandirá e demais...Agora só um detalhe para quem gosta de se locomover e gosta de Flat, onde você vê "A NOITE" entenda "DIÁRIA de 24 horas". E quando a gente é bem tratado, volta e também divulgarei. PARABÉNS QUERIDAS E QUERIDOS

Muy lindo departamento
Alquilamos con mi esposo y mis dos hijas este departamento durante casi un mes. El departamento nos resultó muy cómodo y agradable. Fue nuestro primer viaje a Brasil y realmente lo disfrutamos mucho. Particularmente, quiero destacar la amabilidad y calidez de Marcia y Marluze, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, así como también el buen trato de todas las personas que trabajan en el edificio. Nos gustó estar en el carnaval y conocer los maravillosos lugares de Salvador y sus alrededores. Ojalá podamos volver.

greta apartment in convenient location
This was a great flat in a convenient location. I stayed here for 2 months and experienced and was amazed by the convenience of the location, all while being in the heart of the carnaval, but not directly on the parade route. I was also close to barra (15 minute bus ride) and close to Pelourinho (10-15 minute walk) as well. The apartment was right off of Avenida Sete, and there are a ton of stores, retaurants, pharmacies and 2 malls right near by. Also there are many public transportation options. In the evening it can be a bit desolate, and most everything closes down by 6 pm. Nevertheless the foodcourts in the mall remain open until 9pm and a couple local bars at the corner serve food as well. The neighborbood looks a bit gritty in the evening time, but never during my stay did I feel unsafe. As a matter of fact, there is a police station a few doors down from the apartment building. The neighborhood has everything you would need for a short or long term stay.

The apartments we disclose are located in the City Building of Ituaçu, located at Rua Direita da Piedade, parallel to Av. Seven of September, traditional circuit of the Carnival in the Center of Salvador.
The Cidade de Ituaçu Building is just minutes from the Historic Center - Pelourinho - as well as the Lacerda Elevator and Mercado Modelo. Approximately 15 minutes from the beaches of Porto and Barra Lighthouse, tourist attractions and leisure, it is possible to enjoy a pleasant sea bath.
Located on the outskirts of Praça da Piedade, where the churches of São Pedro and the Church of Piedade are located, this villa offers the pleasure and the ease of walking for two Shopping Center - Shopping Lapa and Shopping Piedade - which have of shops, restaurants, banks and cinemas, being close to Lapa Station, a bus station from which you can travel to all of the city, as well as Bike Stations, in the 'Vai de Salvador Salvador' program, where you can bikes and return them to any of the dozens of bike stations scattered throughout the city. In addition, in the square are the Portuguese Office of Reading, restaurants, banks, shops and delicatessen.
Nearby is the Dois de Julho Quarter, with vegetable and fruit fair, flowers, and many other shops and services. In this place you can visit the Church of Santa Teresa and the famous Museum of Sacred Art of Bahia. In the vicinity you can also visit the Church and the Monastery of São Bento, historical sites and architectural wealth.
5 minutes from the City Building of Ituaçu is located Castro Alves Square, where the Unibanco Cultural Center is located, with excellent movie theaters, coffee shop and bookstore, and Espaço Cultural da Barroquinha, a beautiful church transformed into a venue for musical shows and other events.
In five minutes walk you will reach Campo Grande, where the Castro Alves Theater is located, and the Corredor da Vitória, where the Bahia Art Museums are located, as well as Carlos Costa Pinto with the permanent exhibition of African Slave Jewels. There are also restaurants, souvenirs and other services in the Victory Corridor.
Finally, the Cidade de Ituaçu Building is located in front of the Faculty of Economics of UFBA, close to other colleges, language courses and other vocational training. Next to the Secretariat of Public Security of Bahia Edf. City of Ituaçu offers a quiet and safe stay with the advantages of the life that the Center of the city offers.
