A king sized bed. The architectural feature of a large tray ceiling adds to the romance. A full master bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool corner tub, large tile shower, double vanities, and private toilet room. You should see the view from the bathroom. Amazing!

On the ground floor, you will find a huge guest room decorated with a western flair. It boasts a beautiful log queen bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, and ceiling fan. Also two twin beds for your use. Across the hall are two other bedrooms with coordinating décor. They are completed with a queen size bed in each and ceiling fans. These bedrooms share a full bath, with tub and shower.

The large laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer, and double sinks. Plenty of towels and linens are stored here for your use.

Tucked away past the laundry room is a second master suite. A lovely room, it has its own private entrance, queen bed and ceiling fan. (The room could easily accommodate a crib.) It also has a gas fireplace, for romantic ambiance ( or winter rentals!) It connects with its own private bath.

The ground floor porch has a ping pong table for on-site fun. In the back yard, enjoy the large gazebo. Geoff and Sheri Barnett originally from the Central Florida area but loving our new home here in Northwest Arkansas!

Sheri Barnett purchased this house in 2010

Why Sheri Barnett chose Sylvan Shores

We bought our waterfront home in Eureka Springs after many vacationing trips to the area. We just fell in love with the lake and couldn't wait to return!

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the entertaining quality of our home. It is a great place for family get togethers and party's. It is a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the crystal clear water of Beaver Lake, watch the kids play on the playground, or splash and swim in the water! Enjoy the wildlife of deer munching on clover in the yard, or hummingbirds enjoying some sweet nectar! It truly is a Beaver Lake Paradise!

Do not hesitate to book this VRBO. It is even more beautiful and spacious then the pictures show. We had an amazing time. The playground and safety gates and balcony were perfect for the little kids. Very comfy beds for everyone in our family. It is right on the lake with a beautiful view ,especially from the top balcony. We spent hours swimming and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed steaks on the grill and smores by the fire pit. The VRBO is vey easy to get to and is close to all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions in Eureka Springs and the Beaver lake area. We also enjoyed being welcomed by freshly baked chocolate chip cookies from the owner when we arrived. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO ,but this one ranks at the top !

Annual Family Lake Trip

  • 5 of 5

This was our family's first trip to Beaver Lake and it was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group of 16 - large rooms and great outdoor spaces. The walk to the lake was easy even for our little ones. We had our own boat but loved spending the evening watching the sunset from the dock. We will be back!

Hope to go back!

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for the ten of us and very comfortable. Access to the lake is easy (of course that means the drive to the house is steep). We spent much time on the dock - beautiful sunsets! Our other favorite spot was the front porch, even in the pouring rain!! Read all the owners suggestions and bring your own foil, plastic wrap etc. The dishwasher is on it's last leg, you'll want paper plates.

When you have a problem, that's when you find out how good the home owner's really are. The water heater failed while we were there. The owner's did everything in their power to get it up and running. Things like this happen and it was so nice to have someone responsive and concerned to contact. Thank you!

We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for big family Thanksgiving!

Very comfortable for our party of 10, and we could easily have fit in several more. Beautiful view of lake and surrounding scenery from house and deck. Lots of things to visit in area, including wonderful Crystal Bridges museum and fun shopping in Eureka Springs.

Great place to stay right on the lake!

  • 5 of 5

Our extended family met there for a 4 day/3 night stay and we had a great time! The house was beautiful

and spacious. We relaxed at the house most of the weekend and only went into Eureka Springs once. We spent

a lot of time at the dock on the lake swimming, kayaking (we brought our own kayaks), and fishing. We enjoyed

it so much that we plan to reserve the house again around the same time next year.

Really lovely place

Just a lovely house, great location (very close to Starkeys marina, in case you are boat inclined), and the owner is very nice and was helpful with questions. I would happily go back.
