What makes this Apartment unique
Our home is an historic shotgun camelback double built in 1861. Somewhere down the line it was converted into a 4-plex but it still retains many of the architectural flourishes that make New Orleans homes so charming. We love this old house and have been slowly restoring it to its original beauty. The neighborhood is perfect for us; we're a block from the streetcar, walking distance to so much, and our neighbors are wonderful. We enjoy this property immensely and love to share it with our guests.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Nice apartment.
Very comfortable and convenient
This is a great spot for a couple exploring both the Garden District and French Quarter. Close but away from the chaos.
It was perfect!
My husband and I had a great stay at the Camelback Guest House. The location is just steps from St. Charles trolley which we took everywhere. It is walking distance from everything we needed: great bars and restaurants (both fancy and casual), Magazine Street with all the local shops, and a couple of historic cemeteries. The hosts were nearby and responsive but respectful of our time and space. The guest house was spotless and the high ceilings make it fell larger than the photos. We highly recommend this house!
We are 2 miles from the French Quarter and 3 miles from Audubon Park. We are a block away from the St. Charles Streetcar and 1/2 a mile to Magazine Street. Commander's Palace is 3 blocks away.
