Cape Daze is a beautiful gulf front home on the north end of the Cape San Blas. Enjoy sunrise over the bay from the front porch and sunset over the gulf on the back porch. Also, this area is low density, just one row of homes so it's like having a private beach out your back door. We offer 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The top floor has a gulf front king suite with its own private balcony. Also on the top floor is a queen bedroom with beautiful bay views and another full bath. We also have an office nook for your computer. The main living area has bamboo floors from the front bay view door thru the kitchen, dining room and great room which opens onto the beach front deck. The ground level has a twin over full bunk, covered entry and extra storage. Everything was don’t top notch. Each bedroom has a TV, the family room has blue ray disc stereo system. New Living room furniture 2016!

John rehabs property and is a property investor and Dawn is a full time realtor. . Most expensive I've rented but not the nicest

Great view! Close to the beach. For the price I paid I was disappointed in the deck furniture, the master bedroom mattress, thread bare towels. FYI if you bring a boat you'll have to back in off the busy main road because of the decorative posts. Also the beach is quite narrow in this area.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry your vacation was not all that you expected. Regarding towels, if you had called we would have immediately brought you new towels, we have inventoried the towels and have retired a few towels and replaced. Our towels are all from Kohls "The big One towel" The beach is narrow on most of the north cape do to beach erosion and beach restoration will begin in December. New Deck furniture is on order and will be delivered this week. The mattress is about 2 years old, I'm sorry it did not sleep to your satisfaction. The driveway is a double wide drive and yes you do enter it off Cape San Blas Rd. Many guest park boats in this driveway.

Cape Daze

The property was excellent, everything was as expected; an amazing time was had by all. The only complaint were the bugs (no see ums), we all had nasty bites for two week after our vacation.

Great Beach House

This was the second time we stayed at Cape Daze. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. My son had an item delivered a day earlier than requested. Mary made a special trip to deliver it to us without even requesting it. It was very much appreciated. Dawn and John are great to work with also. They proactively called us about a problem with the ice maker to see if it was working. When it wasn't, they had a new one installed. So, not only is the home wonderful, the beach is awesome and the owners and staff are so great to work with. Thank you! We definitely want to stay in this beach house again!

Great stay, perfect spot on the beach

We had a great time at Cape Daze. This was our first time on Cape San Blas, and we loved it. Much less developed than the area we had been going west of Panama City. House was great, kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (only thing we didn't find were muffin tins, but I don't really expect them). Owners we very easy to work with. There was some construction right next door, but it didn't interfere with our stay. Easy walk to the general store and rented bikes there too. The master balcony is fantastic, just sit out there and watch the dolphins in the morning with your cup of coffee! I'm ready to go back.

amazing house ! afraid to tell everyone as when I want to return it might be booked!

This house was wonderful. We had an amazing time for New Years and enjoyed the area as the Cape is amazing. Beds were great, view was amazing, house had everything you needed for the beach, chairs, gates for the stairs, can't wait to go again. So you know this is a real stay review I do have to complain about one thing, the spatala's were difficult to use when cooking and make sure you bring your spices as the house has none! Wonderful stay, wonderful family time, got to run, relax, and let the dogs play....... Thank you for the wonderful time..... you will not be disappointed as the pictures are accurate...
