The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Over all a nice unit. A little dated but clean and everything functioned correctly. Quite building. Located close to shopping and restaurants.
We have stayed in this building many times before, but always in a one bedroom. We need two bedrooms this trip and we were very happy with layout and size of the Master bed and bath in the two bedroom unit. This particular unit is well decorated and stocked. Four Winds is a smaller building, which we prefer, and has the best views of any building in OB.
Overall we enjoyed our weekend and the perfect weather for a beach getaway. The views are amazing!!!
The condo looked cute in pictures, but the shot with bunk beds seemed much bigger in the picture. It was impossible for my daughter to sleep in it as it was too tight and right next to the door for AC unit. The kitchen is well equipped. But I was disappointed in the living room, the couch had sand everywhere when we arrived. I think its time for an update of furniture and bedding. The master bedroom had stains on comforter and pillows, I felt uncomfortable sleeping in it. the 2nd BR is much better in quality. The towels need to be either washed or thrown away. they smelled and were sticky. Also, the AC was set on 78 degrees which is too hot on a day like we arrived with high humidity and temps outside at 95 degrees. For the money we paid, a hotel would be our choice next time for a short trip like this. I can see how people enjoy a condo if staying a week. This review is for the owners of the condo to maybe make some changes. The charm of the unit is wonderful and the smaller building is preferred by us.
We enjoyed the corner spot with great views from the balcony, living area, and bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small, but we made it work. We liked that the master was away from the main living area, since we had a napping toddler to keep happy. Great family trip!
We enjoyed staying in your condo for the 2nd year. Our grand kids had a great time and thanks for being so accommodating! Looking forward to next year!!
The condo was cute in pictures, but ended up being even better in person! This was a girls' getaway, with 4 of us staying, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you'd need, and the views were amazing. Having coffee on the balcony each morning was a little slice of heaven. I was a bit worried at first, since it smelled a bit musty, but that's because the air was turned up. Once it got cooler, the smell went away (friends told me that it's a common thing with beach-side condos). The convenience to the beach is wonderful, and I really liked that it was a smaller building than the others around us. Nice, relaxing and quiet area, both at the pool and on the beach. I really can't complain about anything, except that I couldn't stay longer. I'm saving this one to my favorites, hoping I'll be able to do this every year. Hopefully the next stay will be much longer!
