Entering Seacoast Gardens III, guests will notice that their assigned parking spot for #109 is located right in front of this first floor unit. Adding to this convenience is easy access from the patio to the two Olympic-sized swimming pools (one heated) and two children’s pools. Guests can also enjoy the deck that is outfitted with lounge chairs or enjoy the non-driving beach which is 75 feet from the unit.
The interior of this unit is designed for relaxation and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. The dining area seats six comfortably. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen size sofa bed if extra sleeping space is necessary. The two large recliners provide extra comfort for watching the flat screen TV or listening to the stereo. WiFi is provided within the unit.
The master bedroom has been totally remodeled. The room boasts tile floors, plantation shutters, a custom closet, custom-make bedroom furniture including a king size platform bed with storage, two nightstands, and a combination dresser/entertainment center. The room has a tranquil atmosphere with a beach-like theme. The master bath has been newly renovated.
Down the hall is the second bedroom where two twin beds allow additional space for family or friends. There is a second bathroom which has also been newly renovated. This condo has lot of storage space for luggage, groceries or golf clubs. Laundry facilities are located on each floor.
Throughout the year visitors may utilize the four shuffleboard courts or enjoy surf fishing. During the winter months (January – March) guests may choose a quiet lifestyle or choose to join the many activities offered at Seacoast Gardens. These include golf, shuffleboard, bingo, exercise, cards, pot luck dinners, and trips.
Seacoast Gardens III, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is located 15 miles south of Daytona Beach and 25 miles north of Cape Canaveral. Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Orlando Airport are about a 75-minute drive.
Within walking distance from the condo is a shopping center which houses fine restaurants as well as a store where selected groceries can be purchased. A large supermarket, Publix, is located 2 miles north of our condo. While a Roman Catholic Church is located less than a quarter of a mile from the unit, churches of all denominations are located within the area.
New Smyrna Beach has two shopping areas. One is just 2 mile from Seacoast Gardens…Flagler Avenue. This area boasts restaurants, gift and clothing stores, and Taverns. All are located within walking distance from the beach. Special events are scheduled on Flagler Avenue throughout the year.
Historic Canal Street is located over the Causeway and is the second shopping/business area in new Smyrna Beach. Antique shops, restaurants, professional offices, and a furniture store are but a few of the types of stores along this picturesque shopping area. There is a weekly Farmers market that is held off Canal Street every Saturday.
Restaurants boasting every imaginable cuisine can be found throughout new Smyrna Beach. Likewise, guests may enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, go to a movie, utilize the New Smyrna Beach library, or visit Canaveral National Seashore (6 miles south of Seacoast Gardens). Nearby Mosquito Lagoon and the Indian River offer anglers year round fishing opportunities. These fishing areas boast the largest concentration of redfish in Florida.
Bert Fish Hospital is located 3 miles north of Seacoast Gardens. If needed, there are urgent care facilities located in the town.
