We have been coming to Panama City Beach for several years now and love all the faces it has to offer. There is the noise and excitement of Spring Break and Thunder on the Beach, the family vacations in the Summer and our snowbird friends in the cooler months. We love Panama City Beach because it offers vacation opportunities for everyone, from tacky beach to upscale luxury, you can find it here.

As the owners of This property, having you as a very happy and pleased guest is very important to us. We have a 'cleanest condo guarantee'. We provide superior cleaning services and then, as the owners, go through the unit and double check it and make sure everything is perfect before your stay. If you need something during your stay, we will be taking your needs and we can asure you that no management company will care more about your needs than the OWNER.

Our rates include more amenities than any of the management companies. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, kleenex, dishwasher detergent, coffee, and bath soap for your stay!

Finally, the price we quote is what you will pay. We have no charges hidden in the 'fine print' and we won't 'surprise' you with additional charges when you get here.

This is a very special unit to us. It has been our personal unit until very recently and it was the first unit we bought. It is clean, well maintained and has one of the best views anywhere in Panama City. Both the bedroom and living room have a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. From the balcony, you can see St Andrews State Park at one end and Pinnacle Port at the other end.

What makes this condo unique

The Sunbird is a special special property. It's very family friendly but also loved by older couples. The location can't be beat. Near all the things you and your family will want to do. The unit is fully equipped so you can dine in and enjoy fresh seafood purchased near by or walk a few feet to Pineapple Willeys, Dee's Hangout or down the beach to Spinners. The pace at Sunbird affords you plenty of time around the pool, beach or simply enjoying the deck outside your unit with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink as the sunsets.

Absolutely amazing!!

This place and location is perfect! The condo is clean, beautiful and has breathtaking views. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset every night. You can stand in one part of the condo and see the ocean from 3 different windows! The balcony is off of the livingroom and the bedroom as well so that was a plus. We barely drove anywhere because there is so much in walking distance from the condo. The beach is very clean as well and wasn't busy. The communication with Steve was great. He is fast to respond with any questions you may have. We will most definitely be back!!!!! This was our best vacation by far ❤

Beautiful view, very clean, and quiet!

This condo is very well maintained! The owner was very prompt to respond and communicate with us. All the furnishings were new and it looked exactly the way the pictures depicted it. It is absolutely gorgeous with a view to die for! We found our new family vacation spot. We will be back very soon!

Absolutely Stunning!!

Starting from the very beginning, I primarily dealt with Steve in the booking process and he was very attentive, easy to get ahold of and answered my many questions! Such a relief to have a reliable contact whenever planning vacations. Secondly, the room! Whenever I came across 805E I couldn't believe it! A one bedroom with a balcony entrance from the master is not easy to come by and I was just ecstatic whenever I found it. The whole condo was just stunning, I really cant think of a better word to describe it. It looks like it is straight out of a catalog, from the décor to the furniture(which was all very comfy) to the setup, everything was just perfect. NOW THAT VIEW, the windows all around the living area giving you the panoramic view is just to die for! and I could have sat out on that balcony FOREVER! Everything from beginning to end was just perfect! We had enough towels and toilet paper and any necessities that we needed that we never had to purchase any extra. Also, the fact that the parking pass and armbands were provided was an added bonus! We stayed in the sunbird last year under another owner and paid for those things our selves and planned on doing so this year, so not having to was a lovely surprise! The ONLY suggestion that I have, is maybe to upgrade the patio furniture- it is a little outdated and just doesn't go with the rest of the gorgeous condo- but it got the job done and it didn't keep me from sitting on the balcony so that is why it is only a suggestion and not a complaint ;) but to conclude this review, the moment I walked in to the condo I said I would never stay any where else in Panama, Lord willing! I posted pictures of my condo on my personal facebook page and had several "likes" and people saying how gorgeous it was, I even had inquiries from people on pricing and name of the condo. So JOB WELL DONE Steve and Pam! You all have created such a beautiful and desirable condo and I cant wait to stay here on my next vacation!!

Enjoyable Stay

Our family really enjoyed the condo! The kitchen had more than adequate cooking utensils and dishes. The view was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. The local restaurants were very good. I recommend Fattys, Eat My Pasty, Davids Sno Balls and Liza's Kitchen.

We encountered a few issues but nothing that impacted our vacation too much. 1) The trash shoot was repeatedly left open so we were often greeted with a dumpster smell as we came off the elevator. 2) The gates going on to the beach seemed to be malfunctioning. There were several guests including ourselves that had issues leaving the resort or coming back in. 3) The internet was slower than expected.

Overall, we had a great time and would like to visit again.

Great View!!!!

This place was great. The pictures online do not do the room justice. It was very open, roomy and clean. The bedroom was big and the double closet was more than enough room for all our luggage for a family of 4. Really enjoyed being able to walk out on the balcony from the bedroom. We could see up and down the coast. Thanks for letting us stay here and making it any easy process from start to finish. We can't wait to do it again next year!
