5 Stars! ***** This unit was a great find in downtown austin. The Owner was very responsive and quite helpful with everything we needed. Check-in and check out was simple, the walk to the downtown core was simple, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.

The pool was a nice bonus too, and it gets more sun than you'd expect. We would definitely use the place again.

Great Condo in Downtown Area

We stayed there for 5 nights during July 2017, everything went super smooth and the apartment was in great shape. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There were 7 of us and the fact that you don't need keys (all doors are locked with pin codes) was extremely convenient! I can only recommend this apartment for anyone that wants to stay in downtown Austin. While there are lots of Bars close by, the apartment is very quiet!

Great Location!

Visited Austin with a group of co-workers (7) for a weekend prior to travelling up to Dallas for a business conference. We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was phenomenal! Travelling with a group of young professionals in our mid-20s we were able to take a quick walk to both 6th Street and Rainey Street to experience Austin's night life, and it did not disappoint. We were even able to walk over to the famed Franklin BBQ for lunch one day. The location had plenty of room for us to hang out inside as group and we even took advantage of the pool located on the ground level. We couldn't quite figure out how to work the TV or Wifi, but with limited time in Austin it didn't matter much as we were always on the move. There was adequate room for everyone to sleep comfortably and everything in the unit was as described. Although I did not meet in person, Sandeep was a pleasure to work with providing timely responses to our questions and even some local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and other groups alike.
