This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you need to kick back and relax. Enjoy morning coffee or cocktails on the lanai while experiencing the sites and sounds of the beach right before you. Marco Island is consistently one of the few spots in the US that has fabulous 80 degree temps in the winter months. It has recently been awarded as the #1 best Island in the United States! No better place to escape the cold, snow and ice.

We spend our anniversary here on Marco Island every January. We enjoy getting away for a few weeks from the harsh northern winter and love spending time on the beach and water in the Florida sunshine
We love the natural beauty of the Tigrer Tail area. You can walk for miles in the natural habitat. There is a wide variety of birds and sea shells. You will see dolphins and occasionally a manatee. The opportunities for boating and fishing are great. The Island is small and quaint with many fine restaurants. We love the Tiki Bars and the weekly Sunday festival at Stan's is something you don't want to miss. One of our favorite activities is taking a rental boat from the Marina into the backwaters for an afternoon of fishing and sun bathing. The restaurants, of course, are all wonderful with fresh seafood and tons of Fla ambience. Most of all, we enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.
Beautiful view from the 18th floor balcony. Quiet and clean condo in a gated property. Easy access to the beach. Heated pool. It was a great winter get away, loved every minute of it. The owner and property manager were friendly and easy to work with.
Had a lovely time staying in this condo. The views were remarkable!
So thankful they were able to accommodate us!
We can't say enough great things about this location on Marco and the South Seas complex in general! You're going to want to spend every minute on the balcony if you're not out by the gulf or the pool - which is wonderful by the way. The pool is quite large and there is plenty of room for chairs even during the busy season. Seriously though, back to the balcony... walk the beach and look at the other balconies - this one is HUGE and the view is fantastic. The high floor adds so much perspective, so for that alone we'd say rent this condo. The condo itself offers plenty of room with two generous sized bedrooms and a very spacious living room. Also the 2nd bath is a huge perk - at least it was for us with a teenager along for the trip. The kitchen allows you the option of cooking a nice meal vs. paying for a dinner out - although the food on Marco is so good (so you should definitely enjoy as many of Marco's restaurants as you can while you're here). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to Marco again soon. As for the owner of this unit - extremely friendly and professional, and a true pleasure to work with and rent from. Some people get a little worried about the whole VRBO rental concept, but you're in great hands here. They even have a local property manager on the island who is helpful and great to work with as well. Again... a great stay and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience as well.
Really great condo with even better views of the Gulf. We arrived in the evening and the towers were lit up and really cool looking. The condo had everything we could have needed. We had cable TV and Wifi, not that we used it very much. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans ect... We went to the beach and there were coolers and chairs available. The condo was in really good condition and was very clean. My favorite part about the place was the amazing view from the 18th floor balcony!!
There was a ton of things to do while on the island. Fishing, swimming, laying out at the pool. We ate at a lot of really great restaurants! Not to mention the most amazing sunsets ever!!
I would highly recommend a visit.
Wonderful condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of family friendly amenities, chairs, rackets, fishing poles, water toys. Plenty of closets for clothing. Wifi and TV and comfortable décor. Owner was a pleasure to work with and made our stay seamless and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
The owner is a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and attentive to details.
The unit is well maintained and professionally managed. It has a comfortable Florida décor with wicker furniture and sea shell collections proudly on display. Wi Fi and cable TV are provided. The water views are great. The unit is well equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable balcony chairs, balcony table, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, coolers, tennis rackets, golf clubs, and fishing poles.
The location is perfect. The unit is adjacent to and is the closest building to Tiger Tail Beach. Tiger Tail Beach is a Wildlife Conservatory/County Park with a 31 acre dune ecosystem that is home to a variety of wildlife. It is the best part of the whole beach. The birding is excellent. The beach is full of sea shells and sand dollars. You will see dolphins, and occasionally, a manatee or two. Tiger Tail Beach has an outdoor café that serves sandwiches, ice cream, beer and wine. There is a playground for children, rest rooms and beach rentals that provide paddle boards, kayaks, cabanas, and paddleboats. You can explore the mangrove inlets in the lagoon or the sandy nature trails on Sand Dollar Island that has become attached to the beach and is now called Sand Dollar Spit. If you enjoy a walk on the beach, you can spend hours here every day without loosing interest.
I highly recommend this unit and the South Seas complex on Marco Island !!
