This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you need to kick back and relax. Enjoy morning coffee or cocktails on the lanai while experiencing the sites and sounds of the beach right before you. Marco Island is consistently one of the few spots in the US that has fabulous 80 degree temps in the winter months. It has recently been awarded as the #1 best Island in the United States! No better place to escape the cold, snow and ice.

Take a relaxing stroll down the miles of beachfront right outside your door, whether you are looking for shells or out for a jog, you will not be dissappointed. The South Seas complex has all the amenities you can imagine and is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, dining and even a movie theatre.

The master bedroom has its' own private bathroom, full walk in closet AND connects to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right across the hall. The guest bedroom also has a doorwall to the lanai.

There are many activities offered right on the beach; jet skis, parasailing, sailing. Boat rentals are available and you can easily take a trip to Key West, Naples or Sarasota. You are also just a short drive away from the lovely shops and dining of Olde Naples, and 45 minutes from SW Regional Airport.

Why Bob Casadei chose Marco Island

We spend our anniversary here on Marco Island every January. We enjoy getting away for a few weeks from the harsh northern winter and love spending time on the beach and water in the Florida sunshine

What makes this condo unique

We love the natural beauty of the Tigrer Tail area. You can walk for miles in the natural habitat. There is a wide variety of birds and sea shells. You will see dolphins and occasionally a manatee. The opportunities for boating and fishing are great. The Island is small and quaint with many fine restaurants. We love the Tiki Bars and the weekly Sunday festival at Stan's is something you don't want to miss. One of our favorite activities is taking a rental boat from the Marina into the backwaters for an afternoon of fishing and sun bathing. The restaurants, of course, are all wonderful with fresh seafood and tons of Fla ambience. Most of all, we enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.

The Property was all is was advertised for

We stayed the last week in March 2017. If you read all the reviews from others, take what is said to heart as all the stories are correct. The owner is easy to work with, and the property includes all the amenities spoken of. So don't bother bringing things like beach towels when packing a weeks worth of other stuff takes up the hard to find space in your suitcase. While we love the view from the room, the beaches are make up of mostly crushed shells. With that we spent a couple of days at a beach on the north side of Naples at a park that cost $6 a day to park. It only takes a half hours or so to get there, and the beaches have the nice soft sand you would love walking on. You will enjoy this Condo, we did. Mark

Great views, well maintained.

Very cofortable with updated decor. Fiber optic WiFi, beach equipment, tennis raquets, golf clubs, fishing poles, well equiped kitchen. Entertaiment system. On the beach!

We enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The owner was very responsive and the key pick up & drop off was a easy. The unit had a great view of the gulf from every window. Some things in the condo were a dated but workable. The condo was clean I would stay again.

Beautiful view from the 18th floor balcony. Quiet and clean condo in a gated property. Easy access to the beach. Heated pool. It was a great winter get away, loved every minute of it. The owner and property manager were friendly and easy to work with.
