This open and bright two bedroom condo of over 1100 square feet provides the perfect getaway for the entire family. The kitchen features new cabinetry, appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private access to the deck overlooking the ocean, and includes a jetted tub and private dressing table. The second bedroom offers a double bed plus a single to sleep three comfortably. The Living room sofa converts to a double bed as well.

The villa is equipped with TVs in bedrooms and living room, with stereo, VCR/DVD players included.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

The Barrington Arms/Court Complex, with an on-site pool and spa, offers spectacular ocean and pristine garden views. Each five-story building has an elevator and garage parking for your convenience. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Roaches everywhere. Our 15th stay on HHI - very disappointed. Never again using Sunset Rentals

This was our second time staying in this condo, which is managed by Sunset Rentals. The first time, in 2011, the condo was fine. It was reasonably clean, well appointed and served our needs. We expected this year to be the same. We were a bit disappointed that the condo had become shabby. There was a water stain on the ceiling above the refrigerator; the table, sofa and rug in dining room were visibly worn. But, again, reasonably priced and great location. The 2nd night, we always cook in. As I was using all burners on the stove, roaches came swarming from behind it. Not palmetto bugs; roaches..mamas, babies, grandparents; multitudes of roaches. We called the emergency on call and they said that roach attacks weren't an emergency. We called several times the next day before an exterminator came. That night, there were roaches everywhere, even inside the sealed dishwasher. We called again, the exterminator came 2 more times that week, which only made the roaches mad. By the last night, my daughter had them on the wall next to her bed. We spent the week storing everything edible in the fridge. We got permission to toss out the toaster when roaches came out of it. We had to eat every meal out, and if we snacked, we ate on the porch because roaches were crawling up the mirrored wall behind us at the dining table. Sunset offered to move us to another unit, however it was off the beach and we'd paid for and looked forward to a beach view. The owner's son, Jeff, promised a free weekend in the fall or steeply discounted rate next summer as a consolation for our disgusting stay. So, fall break, we called him and asked for 2 nights of a 3 night weekend, & offered to pay a cleaning fee at another condo. At first he didn't remember me, but when I offered to send roach pictures, he said he'd get back to me. 5 calls and 6 days later, his secretary called and said he said he'd only promised 2 nights "in that same unit and it was booked that weekend". WHY would I want to go back to that unit? or building? This manager was unable to take a 2 night rental loss for the customer satisfaction and goodwill of attempting to reconcile what will go down in history with my family as "the vacation of roaches". I realize that roaches are an issue in condos, but the infestation was worse than my college apartment experience. We literally removed every article from our vehicle and vacuumed it before we returned it to our home, for fear of contaminating our home.
