Stunning 3 Bedroom Condo Overlooking The Beach

This condo offers the best views from its balcony of both the pool and private beach area. You are literally only a dozen steps from the white-sand beach! The condo itself consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a small maid's quarter / 4th bedroom. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need to consider this your home away from home and not just a rental unit. There are 3 TV's and the living room also has a surround sound DVD player, along with an i-Pod docking speakers. You have private high speed ADSL Wi-Fi for your convenience at no extra charge, along with a Gas BBQ / Grill to enjoy dining Al Fresco on the comfortable balcony with dining table and chairs and a relaxing sofa area to make the most of a quiet drink while enjoying the beach views. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of crockery, and there is also an oversized washer dryer. Family safety is our priority, so the condo also has been equipped with all the necessary safety equipment. Bright, light and airy, plenty of room to spread out for large families or groups of friends. In total, the condo can comfortably sleep 7 by using the twin bed and en-suite bathroom in the bonus room / maid's quarters. This is a very popular choice with many repeat renters.

We like to eat in and it out. With two good grocery stores nearby and a great funky locals restaurant called Pusada Gladys around the corner this place was perfect

just love this condo. second year here and hope to return next year. great local for dining, beach or pool. manager (liz) is always there if you need anything or just a nice talk with a cold beer. would recommend to anyone

Fantastic condo in the perfect location.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 2 weeks and we can't wait to go back! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need including beach toys, floaties and a dishwasher! This time of year is so nice in Punta Cana and there was always a breeze. We only used the air conditioning occasionally and had no problem staying under our electricity credit.

The huge balcony has lots of comfortable seating and we would sit there every morning and evening watching the boats go by and the palms sway. I have stayed in a few condos in this complex and this is definitely one of my all time favourites for location, view and comfort.

The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of dishes and the internet worked really well. We couldn't have asked for more.

My father has always been a resort person but he really enjoyed Playa Turquesa and the condo and wants to go back.

The beach there is one of the nicest spots on that stretch and the beach bar Toc makes great food. Some of my favourites were the fish burger, Toc burger and the passion fruit drink.

The one thing I would say was a problem was finding shade at the pool. The pool is supposed to have these fancy umbrellas but they were almost never up. And if they were it would only be maybe 1 out of 4 working. If one did go up then everyone would grab it. The beach has some nice palms but they were also hard to nab. This is not a place where people reserve chairs so we just tried our best to find shade but it was a problem.

Liz is a great manager. She's so warm and welcoming and there is a binder with some info to help you become acquainted with the area. We appreciated the fridge magnet with the number for the Bam supermarket which delivers and the use of a dominican cell with the condo. If there was ever any issue she and her husband would respond immediately. We really appreciated that there was water,ice, and toilet paper etc. in the condo upon arrival. It's these little touches that make a big difference.

Wonderful vacation we are never disappointed

This property is amazing, the condo is fully equipped with everything and anything you could need. It sits right on the beach with a beautiful view, it is very roomy inside. The beds are very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed calling it home for a week. Liz is absolutely wonderful, if you need anything she gets right to it and makes it happen she is truly an amazing property manager and we just love her . This was our eighth year staying in the Dominican republic and it never disappoints we had a wonderful time and can't wait until next February I would highly recommend this unit and Liz they both are wonderful

Great Condo, excellent location!

This is our 3rd trip to Punta Cana and our 3rd condo and by far the winner. This is a very nice condo, although it could use a fresh coat of paint and new window coverings, but very comfortable with a well outfitted kitchen. The beach is great, the location perfect for access to many restaurants and supermarkets. Liz was terrific with check in, check out, quickly responding to questions or the few minor issues we had and was so helpful in arranging airport transportation to/from for us and all the visitors we had during our month stay. We will return again and this is the condo for us.

Peaceful and relaxing

Just returning from our month long stay at Playa Turquesa. The condo has all the amenities one needs to feel at home.

Truly a paradise for relaxing and catching up with friends. Sunrise walks are the best!

Liz was attentive to each and every one of our needs and questions before and during our stay. She is knowledgable of things to do while in Domenican Republic regarding places to visit, restaurants and shopping.

Thank you Liz & Silvio for an enjoyable stay.

Look forward to a return visit.

El Cortecito is the heart throb of Punta Cana. It started off as a small fishermans village, and you can still find the one little street adjacent to the beachfront. Over the last couple of years, El Cortecito has merged with the Los Corales area, making it all one region spanning over a kilometer of beachfront. There is no need for a car here, everything you could possibly need is within walking distance including numerous dining options, grocery store, pharmacy and more. It is one of the safest and friendliest areas in the Caribbean. There is also a little local bus which can be picked up directly outside to take you further afield.

It is recommended that you fly directly into Punta Cana International Airport (15 minutes taxi ride), rather than Santo Domingo which is over a 3 hour drive away. Airport transportation can be pre-arranged with us for a small additional charge, making it easier for you to arrive at your condo, as most taxi drivers only know the names of the local hotel resorts and not all the condo communities.

Refundable damage deposit $500

Weekly rentals include a credit of $100 USD for electric. Any excess to be paid by renter at check-out
Monthly rentals are heavily discounted, and therefore do not include any electricity.
Monthly rates are calculated on a 4 week/28 day basis
Christmas and New Year will be charged at $2000 USD per week
Stays of more than one month will be charged a $130 Exit Clean Fee

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
