Why Minnette LeBlanc, Owner, Miu Wong, Bookkeeper chose Williamsburg
This is a large house for the City, but the sun, nearby East River air and gardens make it feel like the country. After living in Tribeca, Manhattan, I felt as though I bought the gardens and the house came with them. I live and work in the building and one floor is often available for guests. It is quiet for New York, restful, out of the way and private - and 2 blocks away from everything!
What makes this Apartment unique
Fresh breeze drifts in from the river - there are actually windows on all 4 sides! The garden is full of the scent of roses, lilies, honeysuckle, violets, lavender and herbs just outside the windows. ....It's great to walk around the corner early in the morning for newspapers, cappuccino and home made croissants, and sit at sidewalk cafe tables and meet the locals!

A gem in the heart of Williamsburg
This well maintained 3 room apartment was perfectly located near grocery store and tons of fabulous restaurants. Having our own kitchen made breakfasts and entertaining guests easy. There’s plenty of sleep space for a larger family than just the 2 of us. Street parking was plentiful- just have to remember alternate side of the street parking regulations. The only negative was the sound of the subway, but even that did not interfere with our enjoyment. I highly recommended this gem.
Lavish, cosy home away from home
Great location in Williamsburg, easy access to everywhere.
Great fit out, huge amount of space would defiantly stay here again!
Home away from home!
This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It's located just a couple blocks from the subway that takes you anywhere you'd like to go in Brooklyn or Manhattan. The home was very comfortable and in my humble opinion, the most quiet place I've stayed in the 4 visits to the area. Also, you're just about a block or two from the waters edge on the East River, so at night, you can walk down and enjoy the most beautiful view of Manhattan. The home was clean and well equipped and even had coffee and bagels waiting for us! My husband and I loved it and will definitely be renting again. Dan and Vanessa thank you!!!
Everything we expected and more!
We chose this charming home for our stay in Williamsburg and we will definitely be going back. The online photos are true to life. We walked into our accommodation and immediately felt at home.
The location is ideal for walking to many restaurants and attractions and there is a fabulous market less than a block away.
The decor is comfortable and inviting.
We look forward to our next visit
We are so glad you felt at home, and enjoyed your stay with us - you are always welcome back!
This townhouse was so quaint and cozy. It was well decorated, nicely furnished, well stocked, very comfortable, had tasty goodies in the fridge, and was just over the top in every way! It was very clean. It’s location was perfect for walking, and not too far from the subway. It was just the perfect rental for our stay! We will be staying there again!!!
Authentic Brooklyn charm & comfort hosted by the Diva of Hospitality!
It is rare that an experience that you have imagined for months exceeds your expectations. Minnette’s brownstone apartment goes well beyond that! This nineteenth century walk-up is like traveling thru time with all of the modern amenities you would find in the any quality hotel. Business brought us here for the first time, but it is this property and the incredibly charming lady that owns it that will bring us back, time and time again! Brava Minnette!
It is definitely these charming guests who brought out the best in us! I am sure you, too, will have Bravo's wherever you travel. Thanks for being such thoughtful and wonderful guests. We loved having you here.
