My third time staying here, and many more anticipated. Very clean place, and host is easily reached for questions.
Very nice and well appointed apartment
My daughter and I stayed in this apartment for four days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The location is also nice. When I return to Montreal I will try to rent here again.
Clean, Great Location, Nice Owner, Great Time
The owner met me when I arrived and showed me the space and nearby locations for dining and grocery. Very nice for my second time to Montreal. Transportation is very close and Ubers/Taxis are abundant. I would stay here or Deluxe 1 again as they are both owned and operated by the same. I felt safe and the neighborhood is quiet and the people I met were pleasant. Leaving was just as nice and easy and arriving. Only leaving 4 out of 5 because nothing can be perfect but this was very close!
We had a great time in Montreal. Richard's mini tour of the neighborhood was very helpful. Especially loved the well-stocked kitchen and the patio. The apartment is very clean and modern and well located to public transportation and grocery store nearby.
Awesome place to stay during our first trip to Montreal!
We (my husband, daughter and I) stayed here for a long weekend in late August and it was perfect for us!
There is a large bedroom so my husband and I were there, and our 22 year old daughter was totally happy sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room. She said it was really comfy and because there was a curtain that could be closed between the living room and the kitchen/dining area, it gave her some privacy.
This apartment seems like it's been very recently remodeled because everything is very current and nicely decorated. There is even an attached balcony area where I sat a read for a while one afternoon.
The location was also great for us. We loved the Gay Village area, and especially enjoyed a couple of the restaurants very close by that Richard recommended. We did a ton of walking to various parts of the city, but the apartment location seemed center to it all. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the old town area as well.
We really appreciated that Richard walked us around the neighborhood when we arrived, showing us where the closest train station was, pointing out good restaurants, etc.
All in all, this was a really comfortable, nicely decorated place in a fun location for a great price. A win all the way around!! We'd definitely stay there again if we were to return to Montreal.
Thanks a lot for review. You were a perfect guest!
Deserves more than five stars
One of the very best VRBO-type rentals we've ever had. Clean, new, great location. The stay was made even better by Richard's incredibly hospitable welcome walking tour of the neighborhood, pointing out a grocery, favorite restaurants, etc. Simon handled all matters via email efficiently and Richard was a charming host, even driving us to the train station when we were departing and sending us a text with suggestions for Quebec City. It could not have been better!
