Lakefront Star is located in the tranquil community of Rolling Hills where is only 3 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and less than 1 mile from the Formosa gardens shopping area and restaurants on the US192. Rolling Hills is one of the closest residential communities to Walt Disney World's four theme parks, which makes it a much sought after location for your Florida holiday. You are perfectly placed to reach the parks before the rush, return home to cool down by the pool for dinner and enjoy the parks again for the evening entertainments. All other major theme parks are easily accessible.
Lakefront Star provides spacious living space (~2670 sq ft) with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room features a large screen HDTV (50') with cable. A formal dining provides table and chairs, which can be a perfect place for hosting your family diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with side by refrigerator, range oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and more.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar and table and chairs. You can also enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in the sparkling, crystal clear pool (the pool can be optionally heated, Oct to Apr with small fee). A BBQ grill (charge) is equipped for you to show off your cooking skill. The pool area is guarded by a screen enclosure for protection on the house. The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
There are three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Both kid rooms are equipped with 2 twin beds, which are great for kids’ staying. All the bedrooms have been decorated to the highest standard including beautiful bedding, window treatment, painting and some with LCD TVs. There are ample towels for each bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The garage is converted into a games room which includes a pool table and more.

Reservations can be made by telephone or email and must be confirmed with $300 refundable deposit. The rental cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the written reservation confirmation letter, including the security deposit. The $300 security deposit, which will be held against loss, property damage or cost incurred, is to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance. The deposit will be refunded approximately one to two weeks after your departure.
In case of cancellations, refunds on reservation deposits/rental fee are:
1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund
2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available

Hi, I am Jane and I own and manage this wonderful villa at Kissimmee, Florida. I have three boys age from 2 to 8. All of them love this house and enjoy their vacation here. We recently upgraded the floor and the game room in the house. We are looking for more plans to decorate this house into a dream vacation house for our guests. Clean and perfect for our needs
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home last week. Your home was clean and had everything that we needed for our multi family vacation to the Disney parks. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool while the adults enjoyed the pool deck. The home had a beautiful view of a lake and fountain as well! The location could not be beat.... Just minutes off of Disney property! We look forward to staying here again in the future.
We as a group of 10 stayed in Jane’s villa for one week in Oct, 2016. We had great time. The house is very spacious and perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. All commercials such as supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers are close and less than a 5 min drive away. The house is very convenient to the Disney parks. We were back at the house in less than 15 minutes from the parks. We had zero service issue during our staying. The house was clean and it offered everything we need. The pool looks really nice at night. My family all enjoyed the pool after exhausting Disney trips. We happened to meet the property manager, who came to service on the pool. He is a funny guy and very friendly. Our stay at the villa was joyful, as well as our communication with Jane. Jane was very responsive to answer my questions promptly. Overall it was a great stay and very worthy rental. We would definitely stay there again when coming back to Orlando. I would recommend this place. Thanks Jane for everything.
This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at away from home. The bedroom sheets were dirty with hair and stains, couches filthy, the bathroom sinks rusty, and there were roaches in the bathroom and dining room 😒😠 and to top it off when I called the landlord (Jane Yang) to tell her about the conditions of the home she was upset with me for calling, and extremely rude and unapologetic. I would NOT recommend anyone stay in this home unless you want to be disappointed. Not happy 😑😟😡
Thank for renting and sharing the guest’s experience. I am very sorry that my property did not meet the guest’s expectation. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable vacation rental.
This was from the guest rented my house for 2 days from Oct 21 to 23 as a Florida local group. After receiving the e-mail complaint in the morning on Oct 22, I immediately sent my property manager on-site to help. Beside some minor issues addressed on-site, the guest requested the “compensation”. The review was submitted after the guest’s request was rejected on Oct 22. We also offered a partial refund if the guest did not like to continue their stay. But guest declined our offer and continued their stay. The guest would not be satisfied unless the guest got the “compensation”, no matter how much effort we made technically from my property management and my side.
All of our effort on-site and off-site to solve the problem was ignored by the guest. All discussion on technical issues with the guest became in vain. I would like to discuss closely if other guests like to know more detail. While my house is not perfect to meet all guests’ expectations, we devote to improving our service and facility continuously. We also hope to work with our guests closely to address any issue more effectively and constructively. Thanks again and wish a happy life for everyone.
A bit dated
To begin, Jane the owner is very responsive. If you make her aware of any issues she takes care of it asap. When we arrived the hvac system drainage had clogged up and the carpet in the garage was soggy. Being closed up for sometime when we opened the front door it had a moldy smell that was overbearing. We went to Walmart bought candles, Pinesol, and air fresheners and went to work opening windows turning on fans and essentially airing out the house. We contacted Jane and she had an air conditioner tech come out and service the unit (she's on the ball). My only other issue is that the furniture is extremely dated. I don't expect top of the line furniture, but at least furniture that appears to have been purchased in this decade! It's not a bad place to stay but with just a little tlc it could be so much better.
I place the blame for the maintenance issues with the property on the property management company. Jane seems to be an out of state owner so she can only rely on what they inform her about.

I have been working hard to run home improvement projects continuously. As you can tell that we have upgraded some furniture including a king bedroom set, floor, TVs and most appliances. We will keep doing this and your advice is well taken. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable vacation rental. I strive to offer a vacation home to meet all guests’ need and moreover, everyone can afford it. I believe it will help more guests come to Orlando and Disney and enjoy their vacation here. the location cannot be beat! We were not even ten minutes to the parks. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of room for 10+ people. close to shopping as well. We had a few minor issues that Jane was made aware of and handled. We would rent again.

Rolling Hills estate is surrounded by countryside, woods and tranquil lakes but in contrast is only 3 miles away from Disney World. Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild, International Drive, Gatorland are all situated within a 15-20 minute drive. Downtown Orlando, Florida Mall and Church Street Station are under 25 minutes. Tampa and Busch Gardens can be reached within 45 minutes. There is a modern Plaza within 1 minute by car with a 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, and other shops for your convenience. The estate is an easy 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There are many Malls within the Kissimmee area most within 15 – 20 minutes driving distance. You could also play golf at one of the many courses in the area. The Atlantic coast and Gulf coast are also within easy reach for the beach enthusiasts.
