Plus it's just minutes from miles of hiking and biking trails, the Winter Park Ski Resort and a wide variety of summer and winter activity options. Located on the free Lift Bus shuttle route. This is the perfect Winter Park location!

We designed this distinctive home with the luxury vacationer in mind...solid log construction, custom wood floors and cabinetry, quality appliances, quiet private bedrooms, in-floor radiant heat, open main level design for easy interaction, large deck & patio with Continental Divide views, and a private onsite hot tub and steam shower.

This is an ideal location for family reunions, two families traveling together, a corporate retreat or a group of friends taking in the concert series in downtown Winter Park.

Reservation Policies

- 3 night minimum stay (midweek) & 4 night minimum stay over weekends. Minimums vary by season in the winter. Inquire at the time of booking.

- $250 clean fee

- 50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days over the Christmas Holiday Seasons).

- Tax rate is 11.2% (no tax on monthly rental - call for discounted rates)

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations 46 days or more prior to arrivayl - 2 nights lodging + tax

Cancellations 30 to 45 days (60 days over Holiday Seasons) prior to arrival - 50% of rental

Amazing House in the heart of Winter Park

The house was just as amazing as the owners! The house itself was beautiful, had everything you could want in a house, and accommodated our large party easily. The owners were so helpful before and during our stay. We had a few of us struggling with the dry climate (as compared to Texas) and kept getting nose bleeds because of it. When I called looking for a humidifier, one was purchased brand new and left for us that afternoon while we were out! We felt SO taken care of! Seriously a few of the best hosts we've worked with at VRBO!

The home is beautiful and so cozy.

This was my first experience using VRBO. The owners of this property are so accommodating. The property lived up to all our expectations. We were able to stay in every evening and create great meals. The hot tub became our meeting spot after a long day of skiing. It snowed everyday, and it was so beautiful to enjoy the hot tub with the snow falling on us. This was our first family vacation, and it was such a success. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic house!

This house has everything you can ask for! We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to Main Street and the shuttle bus picks up right at the driveway so no car was needed. Kitchen well stocked and loved the hot tub and steam room. Owners were very helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

Great house for large group! We were a group of 8 adults and thoroughly enjoyed this house right on shuttle route. Brian, one of the owners greeted us and gave us full overview of house and local fun spots. Even took some up to Fraser to shop. I highly recommend!

House is gorgeous

Our stay was fantastic! The layout of the house was perfect for a family holiday with plenty of kitchen and table space and nice large couches for hanging out and playing games. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and the steam shower. Another very nice thing was that the owner of the place contacted us before the trip to see if we needed anything and he also met us there on the day we arrived to go over everything and how to work the hot tub, heaters, fireplace, etc. It was nice to feel welcomed. We are definitely considering returning here again and we highly recommend this place!! LOVED IT!!!! :)
