Loved everything about this place! Unique, charming and so clean- pool table and full bar are great bonuses. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to Tulane- perfect for our thanksgiving trip to visit son at school- would stay here again without a doubt!
The hosts helped make our stay enjoyable. The property consists of a large room and a bedroom, perfect for a couple in a beautiful area of New Orleans, a short walk from Tulane University. I hope the house is available the next time we visit Tulane.
I had a wonderful couple of days at Staci's place and she couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect location, especially when you have a child at one of the 2 colleges right next door. Everything was great and I would highly recommend staying there.
Stacey's rentals are always clean, updated and in great locations. Great bedding! We were steps from bars, restaurants, shops and bus to the French Quarter. We enjoyed the deck where we could watch the little lizards bask in the sun. It was a quiet, private unit, yet close to so many amenities. We would stay there again. Being locals both Stacey her and her husband make themselves available for any questions during our stay, which was very reassuring.
I'm from California and wanted to take a vacation to New Orleans for the first time. I stayed in this guess house for four nights and the house was incredible. From the very beginning to the end the experience was phenomenal. Staci and her family are beyond welcoming. The home was cozy and very open; in addition, having plenty of history and artifacts to look through. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with lots to do around the area. I would recommend this home to anyone who is thinking of traveling to New Orleans.
The pictures don't do justice to this cool studio. The location gives you the best of both worlds; You get to enjoy the Uptown area (Tulane, Maple Street, Oak Street) and are only a quick streetcar ride from the Garden District and the Quarter. The history of this studio is amazing and it is a great place to unwind and enjoy a game of pool and a cold Abita after a long day out in this great city. The studio is very comfortable, (2 very comfortable beds) and the area is beautiful and quiet. Staci was very responsive, offering help and recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property ( I already have) and I hope to stay here in the future.
Safe, established neighborhood.
