We will provide you with everything you need for your stay in your fully furnished, fully equipped house including towels, bed linens and 24-hour assistance in case you should need anything. It would be a pleasure to host you and have you stay in our La Petite Maison! Kim & Christian

Lovely house in a great location
The house was very well furnished and decorated to feel like home. As the pictures indicate, the use of warm colors throughout the house made it feel very comfortable. Unlike some rentals, the WiFi worked very well and was actually hi-speed! Also great to have washer and dryer, that worked well, after spending 2 prior weeks touring elsewhere in Europe.
Christian was very accommodating. He met us at the house to introduce us to its features and came by later in the week to ensure all was going well for us. A binder in the house provided good information such as restaurant recommendations.
Most of all, we enjoyed the location. It was off the beaten track and quiet but a short drive to a variety of hill towns in the Luberon. A great spot for relaxing.
Charming home in the Luberon
La Petite Maison was everything we hoped it would be and more. Some vacation rentals are haphazardly furnished with the pieces that owners don't want anymore but this lovely house is furnished like a home. There are personal touches everywhere, comfy seating in the living room and a well stocked kitchen. Kim and Christian have done a wonderful job of creating just the right atmosphere in this lovely home.
This area of Provence is absolutely gorgeous. Every time I thought I had seen the most beautiful village we would go to another one and I would think, "No, this is the most beautiful."
There are farmers markets everyday in any one of the villages in the area so you can always get fresh produce, cheese and other goodies and Apt has several super marches for practical items.
I give La Petite Maison my highest recommendation for a stay in Provence.
An absolutely amazing holiday!
We (me and my husband) have recently come back home to the UK from the most wonderful time at the little house in Provence and we would have so much liked to have stayed,.. and stayed!! The whole trip was perfect, from the moment we were met in the lovely Chateau car park by Christian, and shown around the house, to the moment we had to say goodbye, with warm encouragement to come back again or even stay a few days more! If it hadn't been for work calling, we would definitely have remained! The house is really the most welcome and comfortable place we have ever stayed and we have traveled quite a lot but have never felt so much at home anywhere else. I think that it is down to the fact that the house is so beautiful in every way, the location is great (very quiet and peaceful and yet close to everywhere you may want to go and such beautiful scenery!), all the lovely little personal touches in the house that make you feel so welcome, and also the kind hospitality of our hosts. Add to that the fact that this lovely little house is also so well looked after and well maintained that there is nothing extra you could possibly need... there was even the most delicious bottle of Rose wine for us in the fridge which was very much welcomed!
This area of Provence is really beautiful and we would recommend all the perched villages, also the wonderful large villages of Lourmarin and Cucuron. Aix and Avignon are also so lovely, and a drive towards the mountains in Haute Provence is also well worth it. All in all this was one of the very best trips we have ever had and we will definitely return to La Petite Maison as soon as we possibly can.
la petite maison was our home for the first 3 months in 2013. we loved it. the charm and decor, the books, the pictures, the kitchen with its old world charm, all of it was just enchanting. chris and kim, the owners were more then accommodating. they helped us with everything in a very timely manner. the time of year we chose does the location no justice, because everything around is dead during the winter. the only activities we could do were wine tastings, okay not too bad! and of course all the local markets around. but the landscape is fairy tail like none the less. and even during the cold winter months we lived in a nice warm cozy house. chris had to fill up the tank twice, which he did diligently, so that we would have a warm home. they really did everything to make us feel home. a huge plus for me was that the house had a washer and dryer, which is a very rare occasion in europe, i came to experience during our 3 year travels through europe. so humongous plus! especially during winter! another plus for those long winter nights was the big selection of books and dvds. if you want to get away from it all and live in one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of europe in your own little stone cottage then la petite m is exactly it. i loved it and will always remember it fondly. thank you so much kim and chris for making us feel so at home.
Perfection in Provence
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here - maybe a little too much, because we didn't want to leave, and now that we're back home in Stockholm, we can't stop dreaming about this wonderful cozy house with the gorgeous kitchen. We stayed here during the winter, when most of the restaurants in le Luberon are closed, so we appreciated having such a nice kitchen. I especially loved the copper cooking pots. After dinner, there were plenty of books and movies to keep us entertained. And during the day, we hiked through the local mountain trails, explored the nearby villages and visited as many vineyards as we could. Christian and Kim were excellent hosts. It was very nice to meet them, and if we're ever back in the the Luberon area again, we hope La Petite Maison will be available!
Une vraie maison de village - Perfectly located and well-equipped.
Perfectly located, well-equipped and clean. Quiet village. Christian is very helpful. I recommend this property !
