Both spacious bedrooms are carpeted with comfortable queen beds. The larger bedroom (196 square feet) opens to the enclosed back deck. The second bedroom is 168 square feet. The bathroom is steps away from both bedrooms. TV with Comcast on-demand and more than 100 channels in larger bedroom and living room. DVD player. Small stereo system in each bedroom.

location, location, location and comfort, comfort, comfort

Ed's place was great, location was perfect and near so many eating and coffee places, he provides you with a wonderful list of places to eat and buy food that are in the neighborhood. Ed was there to greet us and to give us a tour of the home and he even provided coffee, cream, milk, and cereal for his guests, just incase you arrive late you could start the morning without going outside. Good quality beds, good heating, large rooms, comfortable furniture, a fully equipped home. The front porch and back yard deck were both enjoyable places to spend your time.

Something to be aware of is this is a 1900 lovely old home with a lot of charm there is some noise from the above neighbors walking at times but it was not disturbing and there was no other discerning noise. We would highly recommend Ed's place.
