Beautiful full floor of wonderful Northwest house.

  • 5 of 5

Very comfortable home located in a fantastic area. A big bonus is a parking space! House is walking distance to great hiking at Forest Park, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and even a movie theater. (Make sure to try Cafe Mingo - delightful restaurant and amazing food.) A few blocks away is a bustling 21st street that has a popular Salt and Straw ice cream location, delicious Escape From NY Pizza, and small boutique type shopping.

I think you will find Ed to be very kind and quick to respond with any questions.

House is sunny and quiet with many nice features - wifi, BBQ grill, laundry in basement and big porch for talking, coffee and relaxing.

Spacious first level apartment in great area

  • 5 of 5

A wonderful first level 2 bedroom in a Victorian house with large living and dining areas. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is nicely decorated and very clean. It is in the Alphabet District and located perfectly for walking to restaurants and shopping. Ed was very accomodating meeting us at the apartment and showing us around. He was always available by phone to answer any questions.

Spacious property in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed five nights in this property. Ed is a great host and very attentive to your needs. Located in the Alphabet District, the location is excellent with close access to key sites in Washington Park (Portland Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, etc.), great restaurants and shops on NW 23rd Avenue and only a block from the streetcar. The only negative was some noise from tenants above one of the bedrooms in the late evening.

Perfectly located for our stay. Close to shops and coffee!

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived, a representative for our host was there to show us around and help us settle in. The house is just like the pics, maybe better, and the record collection was a huge hit (no pun intended). Ed stopped by to say hi and check in which was nice. Totally loved the house, neighborhood and the amenities and great hiking nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
