Both spacious bedrooms are carpeted with comfortable queen beds. The larger bedroom (196 square feet) opens to the enclosed back deck. The second bedroom is 168 square feet. The bathroom is steps away from both bedrooms. TV with Comcast on-demand and more than 100 channels in larger bedroom and living room. DVD player. Small stereo system in each bedroom.

Spacious property in a great location

We enjoyed five nights in this property. Ed is a great host and very attentive to your needs. Located in the Alphabet District, the location is excellent with close access to key sites in Washington Park (Portland Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, etc.), great restaurants and shops on NW 23rd Avenue and only a block from the streetcar. The only negative was some noise from tenants above one of the bedrooms in the late evening.

Perfectly located for our stay. Close to shops and coffee!

When we arrived, a representative for our host was there to show us around and help us settle in. The house is just like the pics, maybe better, and the record collection was a huge hit (no pun intended). Ed stopped by to say hi and check in which was nice. Totally loved the house, neighborhood and the amenities and great hiking nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place and location!

Family and I had a great time. Perfect location to coffee shops, restaurants and bars in beautiful NW Portland. Great front porch and nice to have a parking spot in downtown Portland. Owner is very attentive and helpful! Its our second visit and we look forward to coming back again sometime!

Great Spot in Portland

Excellent rental with lots of amenities from cable TV and records and books and maps to stocked kitchen pantry and fridge. We felt right at home thanks to Ed's tips and advice. Driveway is very convenient. We hope to be back when the salmon are running.
