Located 5 minutes south of Bethany and 5 minutes north of Fenwick. Close to Ocean City, beautiful Assateague Island, and a 20 minute drive to Rehoboth. Location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, watersports, fishing, biking, walking and just relaxing.
5BR house features two master suites-- one on the top floor has incredible views and a luxury master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. All rooms are beautifully decorated. The large, open, gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. A great place to entertain friends and family! Large two-story media room has 60 inch TV/DVD. Whole house stereo sound from CD player and additional TVs add to the features.
Garage, gas grill. outside shower, beautiful decks and a furnished screened in porch complete the experience.
