This Romantic apartment is located in what has recently become a very fashionable neighborhood out of the tourist area, yet within a 2 minute walk of Sacré-Coeur.
The apartment has been entirely renovated by a decorator. It has a living room suitable in two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
Located at the third floor (French standard), it is very bright and quiet.
The living room has two French windows, overlooking a charming garden on a quiet street. It contains a fire place, a sofa bed, a collector Eames chair, a flat TV, a DVD player, a stereo and Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is connected to the bedroom by a sliding wall to modulate the space in one large room or two separate rooms.
A beautiful kitchen is covered with Portuguese 18th century tiles and woodwork, has a marble worktop and is fully equipped with electric cooker, mixed grill and microwave, washing-machine and a refrigerator with freezer. A glass door window allows access to the terrace.
The terrace facing south, offer an amazing view of Paris and his most famous monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Pantheon, etc…).
The charming bathroom is equipped with a shower and a marble wash-hand basin. The toilet is separated.

My name is Olivier and with my friend Alexandre , we rent apartments for tourists in Paris
We will very happy to welcome you in one of ours apartments
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2010
Most romantic area in Paris and the apartment has a amazing terrace overlooking all Paris
The terrace is amazing and unique
We stayed here a week with a baby and a 3 year old and had an amazing time. The apartment was roomy enough for all of us and the terrace, oh my goodness the pictures do not do justice to the terrace! The Eiffel Tower was much closer than expected and better you could see all of the Paris landmarks from the comfort of the terrace chairs. My 3 year old and I watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night, we bought local croissants and baguettes in quiet Montmartre and artw them on the Terrace every morning. We cooked twice and used the grocery downstairs for a
Snacks, milk and drinks. It was easy to use the subway to get where ever we needed to go, even with two kids and two strollers. We were able to leave the strollers in the lobby, so the three flights of stairs were no problem at all. We probably saw a little bit less staying up in Montmartre, but I feel like we experienced the real Paris. Cozy, comfortable, and Alexandre is easy and honest to deal with, and really cares that you have a good time. I've already recommended this apartment to all of my friends - don't hesitate if you want a true Parisian experience!
This was a beautiful and amazing apartment.!!! We arrived and were quickly met by Alexander. He was so gracious and helping us get to the apartment, many levels up. Great daily exercise :). The apartment was nestled between a bit of greenery heaven out the living room windows and an amazing view of the Paris city from the terrace. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with heated marble floor. On a chilly morning it was a wonderful feature. It was tastefully decorated and perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. Located on a relatively quiet street, just a street below the famed Sacre Coeur and a short walk to the metro. Many restaurants nearby. A wonderful and friendly grocery just below the apt.
We would definitely return to your apartment. Thank you for everything Alexander
All the best Allan and Mary
I was fortunate to stay in this gorgeous apartment for a second time, this time with my husband. We were very comfortable, even when our friends drove from Cologne to spend the weekend with us. They were delighted to have their own room, and really enjoyed hanging out on the terrace and having a private view of Paris.
Merci encore, Alexandre et Olivier!
I'm a little late on writing my review, unfortunately I don't think as often to write a review if I was happy with the experience.
We stayed in this apartment with our 13-month old son last May 2012! The terrace was one of our favorite parts of our Paris visit! When traveling with a baby we had to be back at a decent time to put him to bed. We were not excited about staring at the inside of a hotel for the rest of the evening after our son was in bed. This apartment allowed us to put him to bed, and still feel like we were in Paris even though we couldn't go back out. We enjoyed wine on the terrace every evening after we put our son to bed! The views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower were amazing, pictures cannot even do it justice.
The layout of the apartment worked perfect because we could close the wall between the bedroom and living area to make a quiet/dark area for our son, and still move around in the rest of the apartment without disturbing him.
Alexandre was very easy to work with and also answered many of my pre-trip questions via email (which helped a lot). He was very thorough with the apartment, and showed us all the amentities and how everything worked, which was so helpful.
As reviewers have already stated, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and on the top of the hill of Montemartre (allowing for those amazing views). We found most days we left in the morning and were out sightseeing all day, only having to walk uphill once a day, and definitely worth the view!!
All and all we loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!
We stayed here for three nights in early June and loved it. The apartment accommodated myself and my two friends with a comfortable double bed and fold out sofa. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and provided a well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, such as the good quality stovetop espresso maker. Little touches such as quality hand soap and air fresheners added small but appreciated additions to the experience. The bathroom had heated tiles and was clean and modern. The most wonderful part of the apartment was the terrace with views across Paris and of the Eiffel Tower. The photographs of the view do not do it justice and I think I will remember that incredible view forever. It was a great place to unwind with a glass of wine after exploring Paris for the day and was fitted with a remote controlled sun and rain shade. The area of Montmarte is very nice, lots of trendy shops and good cafes. Excellent shopping. Alexandre was very approachable and helpful and communicated our booking efficiently and professionally. On our arrival he gave us a tour of the apartment, explained how things worked and answered all of our questions in excellent English. Highly recommended.
I spent three nights in March and returned for 3 nights at the end of my trip in April. The apartment was clean, clean; the terrace was dazzling when the Eiffel Tower blinked on and off each hour at night; amazingly quiet and welcome after a long day of touristing; all the supplies one would need at the shop directly below the apartment; cafes and shopping and Metro and Dali Museum and Sacré-Cœur (beautiful and lots of entertainment on the steps) all within steps. AND, Alexandre was extremely helpful from carrying my bags up the steps to hearing my sob story when the ATM ate my Debit card! The pictures of the apartment are accurate but the comfort and taste of the apartment is more than the pictures convey. I was constantly finding another vase of cut flowers or falling in love with a photograph I hadn't stopped to admire. The apartment felt safe and secure and the area was a welcome respite from "downtown" Paris (Eiffel, Louvre, etc) and just a short Metro ride away. I hope to return to 37 rue Gabrielle someday soon! Thank you, Alexandre!
