A few things we would like to make you aware of
1) The cell service is not great inside the unit. Some people need to go to the patio to get clear service.
2) There is two hour street parking M-F from 9-6
We rarely see anoyone from the traffic department in our neighborhood but it is a risk to leave your car all day long
There is all day parking when you cross Geary street 3 blocks away.
3) We live upstairs and have a toddler that is starting to move around a lot and it can get bit noisy in the mornings after 7am. The neighbors on the top floor also have two small children.

About Liz and Luis Andarcia
We are frequent users of VRBO and it has allowed us to explore both domestic and international destinations. We love San Francisco and want to share it with fellow travelers. We live upstairs and are a very active family that enjoys all the SF and our neighborhood has to offer. We have a lot of suggestions for places to dine in SF and the neighboring towns. Triathlete with a lot of suggestions on the best places to train in the area. Also, a great location for those who want to compete in any of the marathons or triathlons in the city.

Great, clean studio apt.
Very nicely done with everything you need. Owners responsive to any questions or help, if you need it. The bed and linens were wonderful. Kitchen well supplied for cooking. Nice neighborhood. Close to markets and coffee shops. We would definitely stay there again. We did hear some noise from their adorable 2 yr. old., but we were up and out early and they go to bed at decent hours, so it was a non-issue for us.
A cozy cottage with room to eat, cook, sleep, and work.
We really enjoyed the cottage. We took the Muni to get to various tourist destinations (generally catching the bus a block away.) Any minor issues were quickly solved by Liz and Luis. It was a great place for our SFO vacation.
Perfect for our needs
The little cottage was ideally located for our visit - close to family and other attractions we wanted to visit. It has everything we needed.
Only downside was a rather noisy heating boiler.
It was wonderful!
Walking in the park with our granddaughter was the best!
This is a lovely spot that feels very private, as the access is tucked into the back of a home. We enjoyed the character of the Richmond district location especially the Sunday morning farmers market, Noah’s for bagels and finding the Baker Street steps in neighboring Pacific Heights. Another highlight was The Golden Gate Bridge at sunrise— it’s not far from the vrbo. Access to the studio apartment was easy, and it was very clean. The bed linens were extraordinary, however; we would have appreciated more than one wash cloth and perhaps an extra towel or two. We texted with our hosts, but never had the pleasure of meeting them. They warn that we might hear the patter of little feet, which we did, but it was not the least bothersome.
perfect place for a weekend getaway!!
Liz was a great host! She was quick to respond to any questions.
Their place was adorable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved staying there. We were looking for a quiet place to get away and explore the city. Their place offered just that. We hiked so many trails that were vertually out their front door. It’s centrally located, we either walked or took a short Lyft ride anywhere we needed to go.
I would welcome another opportunity to stay here.
Thanks again to Liz for offering up their home.
