Owner purchased this House in 2013
Why Owner chose Dominicalito
We discovered Costa Rica's Southern Pacific coast years back and fell in love with the Country, the people, the food and especially their 'Pura Vida' approach to life. After searching for the perfect location and home we found Dominicalito and the Las Olas development.
What makes this House unique
Our views are spectacular, and the home 'Modern/Rustic'. We've central air (rarely found), 3 master bedroom suites 2 KING, 1 QUEEN, each with magnificent views, a gated and secure community, and we own sunsets you will never find anywhere else in the world.

Beautiful home with amazing views in a great location
We had a wonderful stay. This home is very well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we spent many happy hours enjoying the pool and patio. Excellent!
Thanks for being such a great family and guests. Come back soon.
Amazing family vacation
We loved staying at Casa Serendipira - the house was everything that you see in the pictures and more! The house is laid out perfectly for a family or for three couples to share. We traveled with our two boys and a baby and my in-laws. Everyone had their own private suite with their own private bathroom. The pool was amazing and the view from the pool alone put us into a trance. We enjoyed a lot of activities in the morning and then would come home and relax at the house. We were impressed with the concierge services provided by the management company: Tekoa - they were great! We used a chef three times to come cook dinner in the home was great! The towns of Uvita and Domical are close by and worth checking out for lunch or dinner. Overall this was a great place to stay and we hope to return soon! Thank you Howard!
Our vacation was wonderful, and a large part of that was the beautiful accommodation! The house was fantastic, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The biggest highlight was of course the view that you got from almost any point in the house, the lush grounds and the fantastic infinity pool. Thank you to the concierge service who made our stay a very seamless one, and to the owners for welcoming us in your beautiful property. It was a perfect location for our Christmas family vacation.
What a perfect way to celebrate the holidays. We are so happy you appreciate those views. Hopefully we will see you again soon.
Incredible vista del mar, la casa es muy amplia y tiene de todo lo necesario para que cada uno disfrute a plenitud de la tranquilidad y el sonido del mar.

Incredible view of the sea, the house is very spacious and has everything you need for everyone to enjoy in fullness the tranquility and the sound of the sea.
We are so happy you had the chance to enjoy our home. Thank you for your wonderful review.
After connecting from Juan Santamaria International Airport through to Quepos on a Sansa shuttle flight, we arrived to a warm breeze, the fading glow of the sunset over the infinity pool, and a dinner cooked in house (arranged with our property manager). And the vacation was only up from there!
Casa Serendipia provided easy access to a huge range of activities up and down the Pacific coast including an animal rehab/sanctuary (Alturas), wildlife hikes in national parks (Marino Ballena and Manuel Antonio), zip lining (Osa Canopy Tour), a horseback ride to Nauyaca waterfall, surfing lessons (Bob from Costa Rica Dive and Surf in Dominical and Uvita was awesome), and splendid beaches. Great restaurants abound within a 2-20 minute ride. We especially liked lunch at Alturas Sanctuary, Dominical Sushi, wings at Bar Jolly Roger, Por Que No?, La Parcella, and Sibu Cafe. The main highway up and down the coast is nicely paved and well marked, so getting places was easy. But be sure to rent a 4WD because virtually all side roads are still unpaved, and some of the best places to visit are up the steep hillsides that overlook the wonderful coastline. (We rented from Budget at Quepos Airport.)
The layout of the house provided perfect accommodations for our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 kids), and the kitchen, TV, internet, laundry and other amenities were great. Weather was quite warm (90-95F) so we really appreciated spending late afternoon in the pool and taking in the fantastic views. The cleaning staff came twice during the course of the week and the landscapers kept the pool and yard looking pristine. The property manager helped us with several dinner and excursion reservations and arranged a chef to cook 3 dinners at home for us. (Wilber's cooking was great!) We didn't expect to meet our neighbors, but the renters to our one side and the owner to the other were both super friendly and helped us try to jump start our rental car after I accidentally left the headlights on overnight. The small neighborhood only has some of the lots developed, but the location and homes are all beautiful and a friendly security guard was at the gate 24 hours a day.
Our only regret for the vacation was that we didn't plan on staying longer than a week. There is so much to see in the area and we barely scratched the surface. Beautiful country, friendly people, great weather, delicious food. We'll definitely be coming back soon.
Magical place to unplug!
We've rented many homes throughout the world and this was the very best. Beautifully and comfortably furnished the house was warm and welcoming the minute we arrived. Spacious 3 master bedroom suites all with interesting bathrooms. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT....EVERY HOUR WAS DIFFERENT AND MAGICAL. INFINITI POOL = MAGNIFIQUE! We loved cooking some meals at home...especially with kitchen window view. The concierge made the trip easy and efficient....he was terrific. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Especially in the French area. Exotica was the very best. Ask for Lucy. We highly recommend....and we'll be back!
Playa Dominical located in the Southern zone of Costa Rica has been recognized to be the most Bio-Diverse and beautiful place on the planet. One of the largest unspoiled primary rain forests in Central America. Dramatic coastlines combined with abundant aquatic life, scenic cascading rivers and waterfalls, the highest mountain peak in Central America, its no secret that this is the 'hottest Spot' in Costa Rica. National Geographic called Corcovado National Park the most 'biologically intense place on the planet'
