Villa, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Decorated with southwest flair and Saltillo tile throughout, this lovely casita is nestled in age-restricted Green Valley (One resident must be at least 55 years old).
The villa has a sizeable bedroom, bath, large living room that blends into a kitchen/dinette area, with reserved parking in front. A small dog is permitted, but absolutely no smokers.
A queen size bed and a pull-out regular size sofa with Sealy mattress, along with a leather recliner completes this comfortable, clear and cozy villa. A well maintained heated pool and laundry facility are a short walk down the street. The charming walled private front patio can also serve as a retreat with a shaded area beneath the Villa’s stucco arches.
