Built in 2006, our clean, modern townhouse is located on a residential street in the heart of historic Ballard, arguably the best neighborhood in Seattle. It’s just three blocks north of Market Street and near Ballard Avenue, old Ballard’s shopping and entertainment district.

The townhouse is 1,450 square feet over three levels, with new, modern furnishings. It’s south-facing and gets plenty of natural light. The ground level has an entry way with a coat closet, and an office/den with a sofabed and closet that opens onto a private, fenced deck with a propane firepit.
On the second level there’s an open living room/kitchen layout with stainless steel appliances and bamboo floors throughout; a well-equipped kitchen that everything a home cook would need; a living room with a sofa, loveseat and chair; and a dining table that can seat up to eight. The top floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is an alarm system for added safety and security.
