The views are simply breathtaking. No matter where you are on the balconies you will see unbelievable beauty. This area is surrounded by parks, great food and activities that you will not have enough time to enjoy. So many species of fish are right in front of my home. If you love to fish, surf, para sail, collect shells, sun bathe, swim or just lay on a beach chair, Flagler Beach is the place to be. You will want to travel to Daytona Beach to see the speedway or maybe St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA. Either one you choose is only 30 minutes away from your vacation home. Don't forget Disney is no more than 1 hour away, maybe a little longer depending on the theme park. Aquariums is must stop for the kids. Marine-Land is only 15 minutes away. It is considered to be one of the best in our country. Learn about our local whales, yes we have these awesome visitors often. If you are lucky you may see the Right Whale give birth in Flagler Beach itself. What a sight !!!

About The Owner

I am still working full time in N.J. My intention was to retire in pristine Flagler Beach.

Situations change sometimes so for now I decided to become a legal short term landlord in paradise. My home is furnished with higher end furniture as my intention was to move in. You will soon discover the furnishings are not the typical type one would purchase to rent. Lazy boy sofas and chairs, higher end mattresses and all stainless steel appliances. I do visit my home monthly so I am still extremely involved and enjoying the fine weather, great food and unbelievable views. The fishing is spectacular.

I wanted Old Florida. After years of traveling Florida I was about to give up. One day I decided to explore northeast Florida and what a discovery it was. I searched for a lot with the most palm trees in front and built my dream home. My dream came true.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your home at Flagler Beach. Your home is beautiful, the weather was good, and the waves on the beach were up which pleased the kids. Lots of fishing and lots of beach time for the our kids and grandkids. I'm not much of a "beach guy" myself but I enjoyed kicking back and getting in plenty of reading while we were there. We made several excursions to see Fort Matanzas and on up to St. Augustine as well as the restaurant scene around Flagler. I especially appreciated Jill's attentiveness and promptness in attending to the air conditioning problem we experienced on the the top floor. The repairman was out to check things within an hour after I notified her that it wasn't working properly. Evidently it was only a minor adjustment as it was working fine in a short time. Jill also made a point of alerting me as soon as possible that my granddaughter had left behind a (special) blanket and kindly returned it to me. Thanks also for the complimentary pastries and the coupon for the bakery and restaurant where Linda and I enjoyed breakfast on our last full day. We will certainly keep your home in mind when planning future vacations in its part of Florida.

I am glad you were pleased with how we left the home. We always make every effort to treat wherever we stay as if it were our own.

Amazing home on a gorgeous beach!!!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Rich's beautiful beach home.

The house is terrific and was the 1st VRBO rental where we actually felt like we were staying in a home. It was immaculately cleaned and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we found that there was ample room for our family of seven.

Flagler Beach is one of our favorites. The waves are great and we spent time on boogie boards every day. In the garage, Rich has everything you need for a day at the beach- chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and fishing poles. The path to the beach and crossover deck are private and close which makes for a very short walk to the beach. We found that we had the beach pretty much to ourselves as it is not crowded at all.

We ate out once per day and really enjoyed The Funky Pelican, The Golden Lion, Swillerbees and Snack Jack. We spent one day in St. Augustine and had a great time eating lunch at Salt Life.

We highly recommend working with Rich, Jill and Kristine! They worked very hard to make sure that we had a great vacation and we are so thankful for our time there!

We take great pride in keeping my home immaculate inside and out.....always, and believe me, that is a job that Kristine takes great pride in and it shows. The kitchen is always well stocked with paper towels, coffee, filters, detergents and more just for our vacationers to use sand enjoy. Flagler Beach is pristine, quiet and the beach is often, if not always, all for just your family as you noticed. You were actually the first family to use the new dune crossover. The last one was destroyed in the Hurricane in October. It was three months old. It take 6 months to rebuild but it is new again. The views are breathtaking and I personally never get tired of listening to the waves. Welcome back. Blessings to all from .... The crew in Flagler and the ranch

Amazing Home in a Great Location

We just returned from an amazing week on Flagler Beach in this beautiful home. The location, the house, the views and the community far exceeded every one of our expectations. This home is by far one of the nicest homes along the water. It was neat, clean and perfectly set up for people traveling from a distance to have the conveniences of home without having to pack anything. Rich and Jill were great to work with and I would highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Home and Beautiful View💞

This home is fantastic and even more beautiful in person. The house has everything you could need and more. Rich is great to talk with and Jill was awesome. The views of the ocean are Amazing, especially from the 3rd floor. The neighborhood is great and everyone was very friendly. This is a wonderful community and the house makes it even better. We had a great time and hope to stay in the house again soon, 2 weeks still wasn't long enough!

Florida Fan

The house is very beautiful. We loved everything about it. We really loved the decor and I loved the big kitchen. Everything we needed was there when we cooked and relaxed at the house. We loved the game room and the convenience of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We ate at many of the places you suggested. All of the restaurants were excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Cant give enough stars!

Let me start by saying that I wish I could give a 10 star review or higher. My husband and I traveled to Florida to adopt a brand new baby, it was a whirlwind that all happened in a matter of 24 hours. Rich and his helpers were the most accommodating of any place we've ever stayed. They came in and stayed WAY later then usual to get the house ready for us last minute and waited until we arrived to show us around. That alone was way above and beyond and so greatly appreciated.

We had never been to the area before and they were so fantastic in helping us find our way around and told us of all the best stores/restaurants/etc.

Rich was so genuine in his concern and love for our situation, we didn't know when we would arrive, how long we would stay, or what would happen and he just rolled with the punches with us. He prayed for us, he sent messages to check in with us. More then I would have ever expected!

As if the hospitality weren't already enough to make someone want to stay here the house itself is AMAZING. So clean, so updated, so big and spacious, beautiful views. It was the perfect place for us to stay, beds were so comfortable you never wanted to wake up. Lots of toys for the kids to play on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. From top to bottom this was the perfect place to stay!

Beautiful Property

This house is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. No signs of "wear and tear" and sparkling clean.

The owner goes to pains to provide all the amenities you could ever need and wonderful local people to answer any questions.

Can't say enough good about this property - we will definitely be back next year!
