Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for the wonderful way you welcomed us to your lovely home. It was perfect for entertaining our guests and the bridal party. The lovely gardens and patio, the game room and the sleeping accomodations made our daughters special day really special.

We hope to return for other special events.

Owner's Response: I love decorating our sweet cottage. I want my guests to feel the warmth our city gives to our guests. Even though it is an older cottage I take pride in keeping it very clean for our guests. I do for them what I would like done for me and my family.

Lovely place steps from Old City Center

  • 5 of 5

This is a nice old fashion house just a few steps from the Old City Center of St. Augustine. The place was clean and comfortable. We spent 2 nights there with another couple from overseas and found the place spacious enough for all 4 of us. Lovely porch and park made the place even nicer. The street is quite and a super easy stroll to the Castillo de San Marco and the Old City The hostess was very gracious and friendly. I would return

Wonderful cottage and hosts

  • 5 of 5

Patricia and Todd are wonderful hosts and the property is absolutely charming. Pat had a bottle of wine and chocolates out on the counter for us when we arrived and the house was welcoming and very comfortable. The location to attractions in historic downtown St Augustine couldn't be any closer - in the backyard in fact. Even though you are in downtown the neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can see the fort from the lane and Ripley's is right round the corner. You have a covered parking space - wonderful - as St Augustine parking can be difficult at best, a covered porch and of course Wifi and cable TV. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring break in st Augustine

  • 5 of 5

My family and I (4 of us) could not have asked for a better first experience, both with st Augustine and with a private rental. The cottage was adorable and I didn't appreciate the convenience of the location until we arrived, they weren't kidding when they said you could walk... or go to the corner for the red line train/ trolley.

The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is large and hot. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful homes at every turn.

There is wifi and cable, coffee maker and all the necessities and convenient to both Publix and Winn Dixie, but that's a little too far to walk.

We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Excellent Overall Experience

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here this past weekend for a girls weekend and absolutely loved this cute and cozy cottage. Location was excellent... walk to everything. And I can’t say enough about our host - she left us a little welcome surprise and was very quick with a response if I sent her a message about anything. Will definitely try and get this cottage next time I am coming for a visit to my favorite city!
