Beechwood Manor Cottage
Sister, cousins reunion at the Cottage, had a very relaxing time, lots to see and do locally, and then some family time at cottage, just hanging out, very comfortable.
Hope to do it again next year.
I had an awesome time. The place was cozy and accomadating as were the hosts. Saugatuck was such a nice town and the Inn is very close to downtown, walking distance! The breakfast we were served was amazing! Delicious. The hosts made the weekend with girlfriends a success, I can't wait to make another visit!
The Beechwood Manor Cottage has everything going for it. A great location in a nice neighborhood, we had just a short walk to downtown. There was plenty of room for the six of us that stayed there. The place was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We had a breakfast prepared for us one morning and the food was amazing. Top notch all the way! I definitely recommend staying here.
We traded in our cell phone for a checker board
We loved our weekend at the cottage. The cottage is close to town and not far from a fantastic beach. The cottage is tatefully decorated and is a great place to curl up and read a book by the fire. We traded in our cell phone for an checker board in the closet and will do it again this summer.
The owners know how to make you feel at home, and go the extra mile to make you feel welome.
I would definetly recommend it to my friends as a place to take the family on vacation or as quiet weekend get away.
Located just two blocks up the hill from Lake Kalamazoo and Saugatuck Harbor is Beechwood Manor Inn & Cottage. Stroll into the 'Mayberry-esque' village to delight in the many things our resort town offers. Splash the day away at award winning Oval Beach or climb up Mt. Baldhead, take a tour on the Duck Boat or cruise the dunes in a Dune Schooner, catch a show at the Saugatuck Performing Arts Center or step back in time on the Chain Ferry, enjoy Lake Michigan from the deck of the Star of Saugatuck with a paddlewheel boat cruise or charter a more private excursion with a sailboat at sunset. As if Saugatuck were not enough, jaunt across the bridge to our sister city of Douglas. This quaint village is a great place to see the work of local artists and artisans. Exquisite dining with a local flair and eclectic shops are a great way to appreciate what makes our community Michigan's Art Coast.
