We offer this beautiful apartment to rent for stays of 3 nights or more in a historic Mediterranean 4-plex located in one of Portland’s most lively, walkable and bike-able urban neighborhoods: The Nob Hill/NW Alphabet District. Just 2 to 4 blocks away one-of-a-kind boutiques, fabulous restaurants, charming grocery stores, theatre, nature parks and hiking trails, Portland’s Streetcar and more await your exploration.

This fully renovated apartment is a perfect blend of charming vintage architecture and modern stylish design. Beautifully maintained and luxuriously appointed, we have done our best to provide you with a home away from home that you will fondly remember and want to come back to.

Entertain guests or simply relax in the charming living room that opens to a delightful dining room with French doors leading to your own private covered back deck overlooking a gorgeous urban garden. The apartment boasts a nicely fitted, modern kitchen; a meticulous bathroom featuring ample thick cotton towels, Molton Brown toiletries and plenty of extra storage. Both bedrooms are serene and comfortable with luxury beds and top of the line linens and pillows.

There are two flat screen televisions - a 49” TV in the living room and a 46” TV in the master bedroom, both with Xfinity cable with specialty channels including HBO and Showtime. High-speed internet and charging stations are provided for your phones, computers and tablets plus portable Bose Bluetooth speakers for your favorite tunes. A washer and dryer are available for your use downstairs.

It is important for you to know that between 10pm and 8am, we expect all of your guests to refrain from making loud noises. If this does not suit your needs or preferences, we regret to tell you that this apartment is not the right fit for you.

Last but not least, , we are a 5 to 15 minute drive or bike ride to Downtown and the Pearl District as well as a 90 minute drive to either of the beautiful Oregon Coast or to scenic Mount Hood.

My brother and I had always admired this building as we would often walk by often and when it came up for sale 25 years ago, we were thrilled to be able to purchase it. Over the years we have received several unsolicited offers on it, but our 4-plex is a place we will always treasure. In fact, just 2 years ago my brother and his wife moved into one of the 4 apartments so they could enjoy urban living at it finest. My partner and I intend to live here some day too!

Elegant, comfortable, relaxing

A lovely 4-plex with shared but private rear garden. Well equipped kitchen, upscale bath products. Very professional, kind & considerate owner and manager and co-occupants. Walking distance to 23rd St district with boutiques and restaurants. My family and I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Thank you so much. Laura

Fabulous.

This apartment was way above our expectations. So comfortable. We all felt right at home. Easy to find & in a really nice area. Easy walk to shops & restaurants & good transport links. Coming from the UK we like to walk & use public transport, not to have to use the car for 2 days was great.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We Ioved the apartment, and the location, close to restaurants and parks. It was very clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. Just as described. I was worried about parking but had no trouble finding parking. Made our Oregon experience perfect! Highly recommend!

Perfect place, perfect location!

Such a perfect place that absolutely made our vacation. My husband and I are quite picky but we have nothing but good things to say about this rental. The condo was very clean with beautiful decor. The living area was very large and the patio/backyard was very relaxing complete with fountain that reminded me of a spa. The neighbours were welcoming and friendly and since we were traveling with kids, we appreciated the highchair, booster seat and pack and play that were supplied. Perfect location with only a quick walk to a gorgeous park and playground, great restaurants and coffee shops—pretty much anything you need. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Portland!

Perfect location

This condo was perfect. We stayed here 8 nights and it was great for walking around. The area has lots of restaurants, desserts and shopping. We were also close enough to walk (if you enjoy walking a lot as my husband and I do) to the Chinese garden, the Saturday market, the Audubon Society, Washington Park and if you're feeling like a good hike the Pittock Mansion. The condo was cozy and super clean. It was also extremely child friendly which was great since we had a two year old with us. It came with a pack n play and had a high chair. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (other than food obviously). There were even umbrellas (which was super nice since we were there in the rainy season). Would highly recommend!
