If you are looking for a gorgeous & relaxing view of the Atlantic Ocean, this is your condo! The balcony has a full & unobstructed view of the ocean & beach. The pool is completely visible from the unit's balcony as well.

The first 100' of beach is private, so relax & enjoy paradise!

The master bedroom suite looks directly out to the ocean and has an in-suite master bathroom. Guest bathroom also has it's own in-suite bathroom complete with a shower.

Everything is stocked and ready to go, nothing to bring except clothes & food. The video & pictures tell it all.

Please note there is a minimum Three (3) month stay as required by the condo board, so weekly rentals are not available.

Recent upgrades include 46" HD flat screen with soundbar, Blu-Ray player, leather sofa, and much more!

There is room in the living room for (2) more temporary guests however, you would need to provide your own air mattress. The new leather couches in the living room have (3) recliners. We love this place!

My girlfriend and I were fortunate enough to spend eight relaxing months between April and November in this comfortable getaway on the beach. From the moment you walk through the door, its charm pulls you in. The ocean view is breathtaking. To see the photos online is one thing … to experience this beauty firsthand while sitting back on the terrace is in a word, mesmerizing. You’re literally on top of the ocean overlooking a secluded portion of the Pompano Beach – with nothing to obstruct the incredible sunrises, teal water and white-foam waves -- except for the occasional pelican flying by.

It’s not just the awesome view that makes the apartment special. It comes with all the amenities. Leather couch and recliner. High-speed internet. Large-screen Samsung TV with On-Demand. There’s also plenty of linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, silverware. The queen bed is very comfortable, like you’re sleeping on a cloud.

The Breakers is a unique building. There’s nothing like it in Pompano Beach. Apart from being located right on the beach, it has everything you need. The pool is usually heated and more than big enough to do laps. The beach is private. The building staff is helpful. Conveniently located on Ocean Blvd., so you can take early morning strolls along the walking path leading past the Pompano Beach Pier.

To top it off, the owner is a great landlord. If anything ever came up that needed attending, he was always very responsive -- plus he's a real nice guy.

When it’s all said and done, we love this place and can’t wait to return to our beach house in the sky.

Great condo and great people!

My husband and I stayed here for four months ending mid-March. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The folks in this building are very friendly and quick to include you in conversations and activities. If you like the ocean, this is the beach for you as it is clean and uncrowded. We were on it daily. If you only swim in a pool, this one is great as it is heated and kept very clean. We only took our car out to go shopping at the supermarket. Everything else is within a half-mile walking distance, north and south of the condo. This includes all types of cafe-style restaurants, an ice cream parlor, souvenir shops, a drug store, etc. There is a free fishing pier where pelicans mingle with them hoping for a snack. The public library is in the same area. A conveniece store is north, a block away, for bread, milk, etc. The condo sits in the middle of the building and has great views in both directions. It was very clean and the lr furniture and beds were very comfortable. The internet, phone service and cable and tv stations were excellent. Plenty of everything (towels, sheets, pots & pans, etc.) were supplied by the owner. Trust the on-line pics as the condo and surroundings are as they appear. The owners are friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. When we had a small problem, it was taken care of immediately. The employees of the Condo Association are friendly and dedicated to keeping the building clean and looking very attractive inside and out. We have already reserved time for next year and our return cannot come soon enough.

PARADISE IN POMPANO

My wife and I just left this wonderful property today after a four month stay. This condo is everything you could want in a seasonal rental. The owner John is extremely nice and easy to work with. This unit is very clean and comfortable, with an excellent view of the ocean, beach and pool. You can view the sunrise each morning and sit in the cool shade about 4:00 PM through the evening on the balcony. When staying here you are walking distance to many restaurants, small shops, a fishing pier. There is a nearby park that offers free concerts on Fridays once a month. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Excellent Oceanfront Property

My husband, two kids (3&4) and I spent the summer in this condo and it was such a treat. The condo is directly oceanfront and you can see the lighthouse from the balcony and the property is super safe. The fireworks display on July 4th was spectacular; you could literally look up and down the coast and watch different fireworks displays from the other towns. The condo is very clean and the washer and dryer is just outside the door of the entrance to this condo and made it so very convienant. Also with this rental there is covered parking and the space is next to the front door which made parking a breeze. The maintenance staff is so super friendly and I enjoyed seeing them daily. The landlord was super easy to work with and very accomodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting south florida.
