We were high and dry after storm Sandy. Our beach is still in pristine condition due to the high dunes.

This is a 3 bedroom duplex (bottom floor) with central air conditioning, satellite TV,DVD, VCR, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, dish washer, toaster, blender etc. There is a large deck with a gate with a view of the ocean. It is located a few houses from the beach with no streets to cross. There is off street parking. This rental has its own outdoor shower and changing room. Laundry room has washer and dryer and there is an outside clothes line.

Absolutely NO PETS Smoking NOT allowed

The house is on a double width street and has a wonderful location within walking distance to a supermarket, CVS, 7-11, deli and produce store, surf shops, bike rental shop, restaurants, ice cream parlors, miniature golf, shops and arcade.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom also has 2 twin beds. Tenants bring their own sheets and towels.

Includes 6 beach badges for use during your stay.

There is a large deck with picnic table and lounge chairs.

Consistently Perfect Vacation House, very close to beach!

We have been renting this house on LBI for over 15 years & have never had a single problem during that time. We would never think of staying anywhere else because the home is immaculate, in a great & quiet location, and is as comfortable as our own home. Pictures completely accurate! The house is always incredibly clean – including all surfaces & the furniture. The décor is always updated and is bright, airy & comfy. It’s obvious that maintenance is done every year because nothing ever gets run down or stops working. It has all the necessary amenities & more. The couches & beds are all very comfy. Nice TV with dvd player and satellite dish (with lots of channels, not just a few basic ones!) for nights staying in. Gas grill is always clean and ready to use. Outdoor shower is convenient for after the beach & completely private/enclosed. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is central air, but the nice elevated height and proximity to the beach means there is usually a great ocean breeze coming through the windows. The deck is large, has a picnic table & great for eating meals. It’s the perfect location in the center of LBI. The walk to the beach is very short & convenient – you only have to walk past a few houses on the quiet side street that the house is located on to get there; easy to run back up to the house if you forget something. It’s also a quick walk to CVS, a nice mini-golf place & several tasty casual restaurants. The neighborhood is incredibly safe & quiet. We never hear any commotion during the day or at night & have never had any problems at all. The owners are absolutely fabulous! They are always available to address any issues or concerns you may have. They ensure everything is as it should be in the house, are incredibly organized and on top of everything with the entire rental process & are a great resource if you have any questions about the area. The best part is that our experiences renting & staying at this house have been consistent year after year.
