This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo features gleaming hardwood floors, all wood cabinetry. Large eat-in kitchen and newer appliances. Living room equipped with Large screen TV and outfitted with enhanced cable/free Wi-Fi. Washer/Dryer at your disposal.

This condo also includes features a private deck with comfortable furniture for relaxing outside.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a king bed a dresser. Bedroom 3 also have a king bed or two twin XL and plenty of closet space in all bedrooms.

Please check the calendar if it shows its available it is available. This is a luxury condo. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Parking is available by permit anywhere on street. You can't park on street with out a permit. Also this condo is not for coming to Boston to PARTY for 3 days. Sorry but I was young once too. 1 more thing - no playing in the house, or working out, as there are renters above and below. Thank you!

Great place for a family vacation

Five of us stayed here for a week - my husband and I live in western Washington and my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and 17 year-old nephew live in England, so Boston was a good "halfway between us" place to get together for a vacation. We're so glad we had 3 bedrooms rather than our nephew sleeping on a sofa bed, and having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus. The weather was hot and sunny the whole week so we loved having a/c and also sitting out on the deck. Getting around on the subway was really easy - just a short walk to the T-station. We also rented a car for a couple of days so the visitor parking permit was useful. The kitchen was pretty well equipped except there weren't any bowls or casserole dishes for cooking or reheating food in the microwave. The only slight problem was the very slow internet, even when only one person was online. Our flight home wasn't until the evening, but we were lucky that no-one was moving in the same day and Chris was able to be flexible with our checkout time - thanks Chris!

Overall a very nice place

It was a spacious, clean apartment. It was close to the "T". It was not walking distance to assembly row like we were lead to believe but was only a short drive away. Safe neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend it. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with any concerns or questions.

This property was awesome! My staff and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, convenient and well equipped. Chris, the manager, was a easy to work with and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I would stay here again!

Awesome Central Location.

Excellent location for easy access to all Boston attractions (Little Italy / The Wharf / Downtown Boston / Fenway, etc.). Unit was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to restaurants and a handy convenience store on Pearl St. Best decision was to not rent a car. UBER was never more than 5 minutes away. Italian dining at it's best........not to mention the history / architecture in the City. Owner Chris is an excellent asset to our trip and his awesome, secure and comfortable condo!!
