Too far to walk on broken foot to beach especially with the puddle we had walk thru which no fault of yours ..that was mother nature however I was told we would walk right out the door onto beach.i even explained I had a broken foot. Many issues in unit. Will not come back nor recommend this property
Location is Great
The Condo was very convenient to Restaurants, gift shops , Condo was well kept . My only issue was a long walk to the Water ! I’m not young so it was quite a task . Staff was friendly and helpful !
Condo was good. Location is great!
I would say it’s needs some TLC. It’s a bit beat up.
The kitchen is very sparse, so only very basic cooking.
But a bit of a disconnect with the on-site folks and Itrip.
We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo could have been a little more clean. There was a door key left on the kitchen counter along with clothing tags on the floor. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were put away dirty. The exhaust fans in the bathroom were dirty as well. One of our bedroom pillows had an odor to it making me wonder if the pillows were switched out after each stay. The condo did have a lot of amenities which was nice!
Everything in the property was as advertised and there were even beach chairs and toys in the closet. Great place.
The place was not what I and my family expected
The condo back door did not have a lock on it. The dishes were dirty. The floors were dirty. The pull out sofa bed did not work. There were ink marks on the furniture. Rugs were filthy. The pool area had loud music and vulgar language and provocative dancing going on. Not a fit environment for my grandchildren. Not the same experience I had at treasure island 6 years ago. We will not be staying at this place again!
Unfortunately, over the major holidays (like Memorial Day) there are sometimes Guests that are a bit disrespectful, and with the close proximity of the balcony to the pool area, the noise can be a bit troublesome. The vast majority of the year, the resort is very quiet and relaxing, and is an excellent family retreat. We've made sure to report the disturbance to the office, and hopefully this type of event can be prevented in the future. Thank you!
