Why Greg Oudman chose East Side

My home is a modern, three level semi-detached house on a bustling street in East Vancouver. I live on the top two floors with my two small dogs, and the suite is a separate, completely private private suite on the main floor of my home with separate access.

Greg was great and his apartment is very nice and modern. The arrival and departure were seamless. The only complaint would be the bed was not comfortable for us. But everything else was great thanks Greg!

Clean modern apartment

The apartment is quite new and in a good location close to Commercial-Broadway Station and shops and not too far from downtown. We could park down the side street and use the compact kitchen to prepare meals. There are stairs leading up to the apartment level and no parking directly in front but it is only a couple of minutes to walk around the corner with luggage. Greg kindly let us store some luggage in between stays and provided an iron on request. It is a studio but the bedroom has some separation from the lounge.

The property was located in a great place, within walking distance to Commercial Drive and public transportation. There was an ample amount of places to grab a coffee and a bite to eat.

great location!!

We arrived with my husband to the condo on Thursday night, transfer from the airport was easy. Great location closed to two sky train stations, public transit was the best decision for us to move around the city. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was exactly what we needed. Greg was very nice to answer all my questions before we arrived and during our stay. When I go to back to Vancouver this is the place I will be staying.

Ps: there was no iron (at least we didn't find it ) so make sure to pack neatly if you don't want wrinkly clothes .

Modern apartment with great location!

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Vancouver. It is conveniently located close to Commercial Drive, where we ate some good food. Also, close to bus stops and two sky train stations... Getting downtown is only a few stops away..!

The apartment itself is furnished nicely with a good shower. Greg, the owner was very professional and helpful when I had any queries. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and stay here again when we return to Vancouver.

We were 4 days in Vancouver. We had wonderful time in Apartment of Greg. Apartment is really big for 2 persons and we had very good connection to public transport in Vancouver. Sky Train station about 5-10 minutes walk,buses too,supermarkt and restaurants small and big ,,, it was very good time for us,apartment is very modern and we had WLAN too,i used my tablet without problems,it was very important for me,radio,TV and kitchen with all what we need,,, with Sky Train -only 10 minutes to Downtown of Vancouver and good connection to another attractions in the town...In Apartment you can find many books to read,it was really nice for my wife... It was good time for us... Thanks a lot Greg....
