This beautiful home also includes an Elevator, DVD Players, TVs in all Bedrooms (including a brand new 46 flat screen TV for the separate entertainment room), Stereo, CD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet, Gas Grill, and also has New Porch and Living Room Furniture. This is a Very Comfortable Home with a Nice Oceanfront Living Room, Dining Room, Large Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, and a separate Entertainment Room. Pets are CONSIDERED, must be approved by a Carroll Realty employee. There is a $200 pet fee if approved and applicable paperwork and pet records must be provided.

Very pricey for an out dated home!

Upon arrival, my entire family was in love with the location of this house! The house however, is a bit ran down and needs some TLC. The metal spiral stairs going up to the front door had us all fussing by the time we got our luggage up them! It was almost impossible to lug our things up to the door and was again ridiculous trying to get our bags of groceries up. We entered the house to only find out that it was HOT inside and we sweated all evening and night until the house cooled down some. While this house is nice and large, it is very out dated. Not very user friendly at all. We were super disappointed that we paid ALOT of money on this rental but we didn't get everything that was advertised. The elevator was not accessible. I don't recommend this rental to an elder couple because of this! There was also a picture that showed a hammock and that was not there either. We seen live and dead roaches in the kitchen, bedrooms and sitting rooms. We enjoyed the balconies, especially at night. The beach access was flooded the entire time we were there so we had to wade thru nasty water in order to get to the beach. Even though there were a lot of things we didn't like about this house, the view and the location made up for it!

P.S. please take bug spray! The mosquitoes at the house are ferocious!!

Air conditioner out!

We arrived and had no AC. Spent the weekend in this HOT house. Got moved but the second home was not large enough for my family.

Owner's Response: I am very sorry that when you checked in the AC was not working. It happens unfortunately. The AC company told us that the part would be in on Monday and could be fixed. We gave an option to stay in the house till Monday and or be moved to another similar house. You chose to stay. Unfortunately on Monday the AC company informed us that the part could not be attained until Thursday. We then moved you to a 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath house (same size and much more updated) and also oceanfront, exact equivalent to the house you rented with the exception of bed sizing. This home has 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Bunk Bed (double on bottom, single up top), while 2702 Palm has 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Singles (bunk bed), and a queen sofabed. 2702 Palm Blvd is a much more updated property, it is #309380 if anyone wants to view it on VRBO to compare. We also gave you a substantial initial discount when the reservation was made and then an additional refund at check out. We really feel like we went above and beyond to help make a bad situation better. Even coming over to the house and helping bring bags, sodas, beer, etc. items down to the cars and then again up into the new house. I understand that this was not an ideal situation, no one would think so, but we thought y'all were very nice and would wanted to help as much as we could. Again, I am sorry this happened but sometimes some things are out of all of our control. AC has been fixed and working great and we have had all happy renters since! We have received numerous compliments on the house this summer.

Dated but nice!

Property was nice and had everything you could need. Great beach access, Wi-fi, good public living spaces, and great outdoor space. The only negatives were, with the exception of the master, the beds were not very comfortable and the living room struggled to hold more than 4 people in such a cramped space.

good location, nice house

The house is at a very convenient location, right by the walkway to the beach. This part of beach is quieter and a little wider than other parts of the island. You still have some sand left during high tide. House itself was clean, and management company was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

  • Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a Carroll Realty employee. 50% payment is due within 5 days of making your reservation. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover or personal check if more than 30 days from arrival. All reservations are charged a non-refundable $45 damage waiver which covers accidental damages up to $1000.

    Cleaning Fee is waived when staying 7 nights or more. We book weekly only during the summer months from Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum any other time. Pet fees, if applicable, and damage waiver are non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • Damage deposit: $500.00
