Absolutely perfect. 5 stars are not enough.
Stayed the third time - and will come back as soon as possible.
Catherine is the perfect host - we are so lucky that we found this place.
Awesome, amazing - words really can't tell.
Thank you again.
I am almost afraid to write a positive review, and the only reason is to keep this gem to ourselves. The pictures don't do it justice, the outside space is amazing and the indoor space is so comfortable and modern. You want for nothing, everything you could possibly need is there for you to use.
If you are thinking about an extended stay in Key West this place is a must!
A beautiful well kept property.
I can't say enough about this lovely home. The house has just about everything you can imagine. The location is perfect. Close to the beach yet far enough from the craziness of downtown. The landscaping is beautiful and the crew that takes care of it are so nice. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific questions.
From the moment you open the gate to this outstanding property, you feel like you have entered a private tropical island with a luxurious estate. The lush tropical gardens, refreshing pool and a pavilion with a professional grade pool table, large flat screen TV and outdoor kitchen provide the feel of high-end resort.
The home itself was amazing. The furnishings were top quality and well maintained. The amenities were over the top--from spices to chef-quality cookware in the kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs, cable & internet TV and all manner of toiletries--this house had everything needed for a luxurious vacation. You need only to bring your suitcase.
Finally, the staff maintaining the home were exceptional. The gardner and pool man came by every week and the housekeepers cleaned twice during our month stay.
I highly recommend this property--just not for the months we would like for our next vacation!!
I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER RENTAL!!!!!!
This wonderful place in Key West proved to be way beyond any expectations!! Bottom line..This place and it's owner Catherine and all the wonderful help that she has to work on the house and property..well..never ever have I experienced such wonderful service and great kindness!! And..I have traveled the world. I have loved it so much that I am renting here again next December and in a heartbeat would have rented longer but it is already taken for the other months..book early so you have a chance to EXPERIENCE this place!!!!! The amenities are too numerous to mention..this place has EVERYTHING that you could possibly think of!! When I first arrived in November and saw all that this place had to offerI was so BLOWN AWAY and still marvel!! My family is from Key West and so I have been coming here since the 70's and have been in many different rentals..those rentals could not hold a candle to this place!! Will ALWAYS WANT TO COME BACK!! Thank you so much Catherine,Kathy,Robbie,Lida,Juan and all of the other workers who helped make this a JOY-FILLED experience!!!!!
We arrived at our beautiful vacation home in mid town Key West and were so surprised to find a beautiful, lush tropical home in a convenient location and nice neighborhood. The home itself offers a spacious, open floor plan. The kitchen has the latest stainless appliances and granite counters. A nice surprise was the stocked pantry and spice rack. Cooking was easy with every type of utensil possible. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of linens including plenty of beach towels! Although there was only one bathroom we found that to be fine because of the plus of having an outdoor shower to speed things along as everyone was getting ready. We were within biking distance to Duval St and any beach. The home has a small pool with the jets positioned so that as we sat on our "noodles" pushed us around like a Lazy River! That was fun! We will most definitely stay in this lovely home again next year!
The southernmost city in the continental United States is, in fact, an intimate six-square-mile island that feels like a Caribbean getaway. Key West was the lone city south of the Mason-Dixon to remain with the Union during the Civil War. To this day, that freethinking sensibility remains intact, and the city’s location—closer to Cuba than to Miami—results in an eclectic cultural mix. This is a place where people go barefoot, chickens roam the streets, and epitaphs like DEVOTED FANS OF JULIO IGLESIAS are found in the cemetery. Though it may be best known for Hemingway and Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, you’ll ?nd the real essence of the place in its very particular style of Victorian and Queen Anne architecture, and in its eclectic residents: quirky but classic, and ready to welcome everyone.
