bedroom/Two bathroom 1160 Sf condo with great room & 42'

plasma TV / 9 Ft Ceilings and open kitchen (with island), lots of

cabinets, all black appliances, refrigerator, microwave,

dishwasher, disposal, self-cleaning oven with flat ceramic top.

Full size washer/dryer in condo. Large patio. Bedrooms have

walk-in closet/large closet. Bathrooms have tub/showers. Plenty

of other storage space. Newly renovated May 2011 with wood

floors, ceramic tile, fresh paint and brand new furniture and

accessories. This is a 2nd floor condo with stair access only.

About Celeste

I live out of state, but wanted a vacation

getaway in a warm climate that I could use

and rent out.

Our condo, located at Citi on Camelback,

is centrally located. We like this large size 2B/2B &

layout of the unit and the fact that it has a

private garage, it is a secure gated

community and has upscale amenities.

What makes this condo unique

We are centrally located and close to

the freeways (SR 51, I-10, I-17) that it's

easy to get to the airport (10 min),

Scottsdale (15 min), downtown (5 min)

and any sports venues (US Airways Center)

The condo was clean, cozy and spacious. The location was in a great area. We felt safe the entire time and could easily get to tons of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the future!

Nice condo for family

This condo worked very well for our family of 4. We appreciated the gated complex with amenities (heated pool and hot tub, pool table, business center). The in-suite washer & dryer and covered garage was very convenient! A quick drive to Scottsdale and Camelback mountain! We enjoyed our stay!

Tropical Setting

The property is lovely with pool, hot tub and nice fitness center. People in the office are very accomodating and friendly. The fireplaces off the side of the pool offer a nice setting in the evening to have a glass of wine and some privacy. Condo could use updated sheets in master and updated towels and a TV in the bedroom, and a more comfortable couch in living room. Otherwise, it is roomy and decorated nicely.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at your condo! We were travelling with 2 small infants and all of the amenities were great for keeping up with them! The pool is so close and everything was clean and good to go when we got there. The 2nd bedroom was big enough to fit 2 cribs perfectly. I also recommend the Sun Up Brewing company. It's a nice short walk near by :)

MSBL Players Loved the place!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay during our 16-day stay in Phoenix. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Phoenix area. Place was excellent AND the price was right. ;o)

Randy and Celeste were lifesavers by really coming through in the clutch on short notice with a place that was warm and comfortable as soon as you walked through the door. Prompt in their responses, forthcoming with details and information, no surprises, they were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was ready when we arrived and required very little time to acclimate ourselves to the surroundings. We all took advantage of the gym, jacuzzi, and pool.

Initially thought the location might be a problem for where we were to play our baseball games but found the place pretty centrally located. Even from a food perspective (there's a really nice Irish pub across the street).

Have been coming to Phoenix every year at this time for the past 12 years and this is the best place I've stayed in. Definitely plan to be back next year. ;o)
