My husband and I have lived on the front range of Colorado all of our lives and love going to Estes Park. I bought The Columbine home to remodel and sell. Through the process I fell in love with it and now plan to keep it. As a short term rental I can have both worlds. I love Estes and visiting the Columbine Home. Hope you will too!

This home is a gem. Lots of windows with terrific views. New bedding and basically new inside as I totally remodeled it in 2012/13. The kitchen has custom cabinets, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, lots of style and comfort.

What makes this house unique

Close to almost everything you would want to do in Estes. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, within walking distance to downtown, Lake Estes, restaurants, shopping, bars and entertainment. Approx 1 mile to the 18 hole golf course. The home is very cozy and comfortable for 2 or 10!

Well maintained property with a beautiful view of the mountains.

In town for a family wedding, we shared this 4 BR home with another family and it was the perfect compromise of location and extra space to spread out.

We were just minutes from town when we wanted to go in to shop or dine and about 10 min from the edge of RMNP.

Having 3 full baths was a huge plus when everyone was getting "prettied up." And having a futon + pull out couch was a nice extra when sleeping too close became an issue ;)

Someone else had mentioned the odd location of the grill. We ended up not using it and while it was outside of a bedroom door, at least it was adjacent to the kitchen area. If you wanted it, it was there.

Awesome vacation rental

The Columbine home is very comfortable for large family gatherings. It has the most incredible view from the the kitchen! It had all the essentials & more. The decor was tasteful & interesting. It was quiet and peaceful and allowed members of our family to have privacy when needed. It was easy to contact & work with the owner.

Awesome house

Our family of seven converged on this house for our annual reunion. Each of us loved having a space to ourselves when we wanted, and the kitchen, family and dining area was where we spent our together time playing games and catching up. This is a very very nice home with clean bathrooms, ample hot water, kitchen well stocked with all gadgets one could want. Close to the charming town of Estes Park and its many amenities.

I also want to say that the home was exactly as presented online, no surprises or disappointments. Many thanks to owner Luann Ball for all your accommodations. We hope to return.

Fantastic Getaway

Had a great time at this house. Great view of the mountains from the kitchen, in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, very close to the delicious Antonio's Pizza and EP Brewery. Quick drive to downtown or RMNP.

Everyone who stayed with us couldn't believe how nice this home is.

This home was very clean, with modern appliances and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Located in a very quiet area with a nice view of Estes Park out of kitchen and dinning room area.
