Phase B of a revetment project will begin August 1 through some time in February. The sheet pile driving is supposed to end by Halloween, but other work may still be noisy and disruptive including new sandbags, the concrete cap and redoing the pool deck. A dust fence will be installed around the property that could be around 6’ on the ocean side and possibly up to 12’ on the street side.In lieu of this construction project we will be offering a significant discount of $145 per night on our two bedroom oceanview unit.
Hololani has been impacted by coastal beach erosion and our experience with the winter tides this year continues to makes the beach status unpredictable. There are however, several beach located within close proximity to Hololani -

We offer a BBQ area that you’ll find clean and spotless every day; our pool is heated for a fun relaxing evening. Due to conditions beyond our control, we currently have no beach access and no beach at this time. We have ocean view only.
Hololani Resort is also central to all West Maui's world class atrractions. Situated between between Kaanapali and Kapalua this location provides golf, tennis, amazing nearby beaches, activities, and more. Just within easy walking distance of the resort is The Kahana Gateway Shopping Plaza, which offers shops, a brew pub, restaurants, and a small convenience store. It's less than a 20 minute drive into historic Lahaina Towne and just five minutes south of Kapalua.
Tidbits: The designer's goal was to reflect the island style using several pacific rim elements, such as the table bases carved by Balinese villagers. Beautiful glass tiles in the Kitchen and baths take on the sparkle of the turquoise ocean and tropical greenery. The Kitchen is state of the art with high end fixtures and finishes.
