During spring break we only rent to a family. Nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on second floor. It is 250 steps from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Circle Beach Access #3. Granite counters, Stainless Steel Appliances, fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen T.V.'s in each room, cable, DVD Player, FREE WI-FI, washer/dryer, Queen sofa sleeper, swimming pool & tub, common area gas grill, private balcony, high ceilings, new linens and much more. We want to make your vacation on South Padre Island the best it can be by offering you a condo that will fit your needs. Walking distance to the business district of South Padre Island, restaurants, CVS and much more. We have also provided you with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards ice chest for your enjoyment. We have lived in South Texas our entire lives and South Padre Island has always been an intergal part of our family life. We have enjoyed the beach and all the attractions the island has to offer. We would like others to experience the wonders the island has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

The close proximity to the beach and commercial district was a huge factor when selecting our Condo. We are literally steps from the beach, restaurants and night life. The open concept of the kitchen and the living area are spacious, yet cozy. The master has a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset. The condo also has a rear door that conveniently leads to the pool, hot tub and gas grill.

This was the perfect place to stay!

We come to South Padre several times a year and just now came across this beautiful condo. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The owners are very nice and accommodated our last minute request to book.

There is a beautiful backyard with a nice grill, nice outdoor furniture, pool, and spa. One of the best things we enjoyed is the location...it is literally 227 steps to the beach, and within a short walking distance of so many good restaurants and convenience stores. I will definitely be renting this place again.

Perfect vacation getaway

knew it was going to be a great weekend from the moment we walked in. Beautifully decorated, very clean and very spacious. The owners thought of everything. From a couple of boogie boards, beach towels and even an ice chest. Excellent location to popular restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cute Place!

Very cutely decorated and the owner was very helpful when we called him about an issue early on. The condo looked clean and neat. However, there were two issues: 1) The first night we were there, we ordered a pizza and left it on the counter for about 20 minutes. When we came back to grab a slice, the pie was crawling with roaches. I've lived in a condo in the Valley, and I know how difficult it is to get rid of roaches with shared walls. Still, though...ewww. So if you stay here, maybe bring a can of Raid just in case? One of the little critters stayed on the ceiling in the kitchen for most of the next day, too. We didn't really eat there again. 2) I assumed check-out was at 11 AM like at most hotels, and a check-out time was never stated anywhere. At 10:15, a lady knocked on the door to let us know that check-out was supposed to be at 10. Previous notification would have been appreciated, especially since check-in is a little late--4 PM. But I guess if I wanted the conveniences of a hotel, I should have just stayed in a hotel.

The two issues weren't deal-breakers, but they definitely impacted our overall view of the place. The space, price, proximity to the beach, and cuteness was worth it, though. Besides, who spends all their time inside when they're staying at the beach?

Owner's Response: The building gets sprayed on a regular basis and we spray the condo regularly to kept the critters under control. Occasionly we might see one or two germans roaches in the kitchen but that is it. Never to the extend that the guess is claiming. As to the check out time it is clearly stated in the web page that check in is at 4 P.M. and check out time is 10 A.M. This allows enough time to properly and throughly clean the condo for the next incoming guess as we do not want to inconvenience the next guess. We apologize for any inconvenience.
